Hiring of 3 additional sales head counts, setting ENERCO for +ve organic growth in '06. SR

Initiative as named ORA or Opportunity Risk Assessment. This involved conducting risk study of
various Saudi Aramco plants, such as RT Refinery, Abqaiq Plants and other plants on the critical
rotating assets. It also involved review of maintenance records and practices. Outcome of study
was a proposal of systems and recommendations for reducing plant risk and costs of maintenance.
Achieved savings of $402, 000.00 from GB projects.
Revised the Global OS Electrical and Mechanical Standards to fit a more global OS Services
Supported and Teamed with International BBs working on following initiatives: Variance to
Customer Want dates
Accomplished 100% GB certification.
Led the EHS compliance efforts for AIM and achieved 100% EHS Training compliance in AIM
in a timely
Led the efforts to roll out SAP in the AIM region. All new jobs and pre 03 jobs are now logged
into SAP.
Established SAP controls for: VTW Span: Reduced from 10 days to 2 days.
Cash Closeout Span: Reduced from 40 days to 25 days
Conducted a training session for AIM STLs on use of the SAP reports for managing their
