UN-BREAK MY COCKPIT

Yes like the famous song.

Sometimes (thanks to God, not so often) you are in a cockpit closed to an old
dinosaur who thinks:

1. I am the only one who knows about perfect piloting

2. Everybody else does not know a word about
3. This one I have here in MY cockpit is an idiot
4. I shall teach him/her a couple of questions:

a. I am the BOSS and I am ever right

b. Whenever in doubt apply a.

5. I shall, EVER, say NOT to anything he/she says like:

a. Shall we descend now?

b. Flaps 1 please
c. Landing gear down
d. Shall we increase speed
e. And so on ..

Just to confirm I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO DECIDES IN MY COCKPIT; and if I

need to ATTACK him/her I shall do it.

The worst is whenever these dinosaurs are the instructor or the examiner and they think
they are doing right!!!!

The question is:

How can they break the air safety keystone (Crew Resource Management CRM-)?

With these attitudes, the cockpit is divided into two separate and enemies pilots, and
we do not want that in a real complex situation (like an emergency).

Please: UNBREAK ALL COCKPITS

THANKS ON BEHALF OF SAFETY
