2018 Prom Dress Code

Gentleman:
a. Are expected to wear formal or semi-formal attire (tux or dress suit)
b. Tux or dress shirt is expected to be worn at all times during the prom
c. No sagging pants or undergarments showing

Ladies Dress Code Guidelines:

a. No revealing clothing may be worn including clothing where excessive

cleavage is displayed.
b. No clothing cut down to the navel or below the top of the breast line.
c. No backless apparel that exposes the posterior.
d. No dresses or skirts that expose the posterior.
e. Slits in dresses and skirts must stop below fingertips
f. No see- through clothing; undergarment layered is required (including
lace or mesh)
g. 2 piece outfits acceptable with no more than 3 of belly exposed
h. No dresses with side cutouts or mesh that exposes skin
i. No displaying of undergarments of any kind

Non Alcovy Guests: MUST fill out and turn in a Prom Visitor
Permission Form before March 16, 2018 to the front office. A
photo ID must be presented at the prom.

Non High School students may NOT attend the Alcovy Prom.
 Ticket Sales
Tickets will be on sale Tuesday and Thursday mornings, before school in room G4.

November 27- January 5 $50 Single $100 Couple

January 8- February 16 $65 Single $130 Couple
February 26- March 9 $80 Single $160 Couple

Last day to purchase tickets is March 9, 2018

After March 1, 2018 CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY

Ticket Rules:
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. All ticket sales are FINAL

If you find you cannot attend the prom, a Ticket Transfer Form is required in
order to transfer your ticket to another student.
o The last day to submit a Ticket Transfer Form is Friday March 16, 2018

You may NOT change your date without notifying Ms. Boyington. All
attendees MUST be approved by the Alcovy Administration.

Students suspended around the time of prom WILL NOT be allowed to

attend and funds are non-refundable.

Tickets will be available for pick up March 19-23, 2018 in Room G4.

Only the ticket purchaser is allowed to pick up the tickets.

The guest list will be finalized on Friday March 16 and NO CHANGES will be
made regarding guests/attendees after that date.

Menu: Light finger foods and hors dourves will be served at prom.
Students are advised to eat dinner prior to arriving.
