I have just received this letter from CENTRELINK
THIS IS THE ONLY LETTER I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM
Careful attention should be placed on their envelopes more than the letter !
1. WHAT IS THE ALLEGED CRIME I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE COMMITTED?
2. WHERE IS CENTRELILNKS EVIDENCE; Video or otherwise which is not collusive?
3. I GO BACK TO MY QUESTIONS OF LAW - which I believe I have already sent to your

office. If not ask me for it
4. Centrelink and anors hacking Spying and interference with my ENTIRE LIFE must stop.
That will be the cause of my death @ Medical interference
Like this morning = IAM SUPPOSED TO BE AT A HEARING TEST Again.a test which
CENTRLEINK had deliberate removed my name from and the new clinic couldnt locate
my name to make the appointment (see centrelink list of groups they control
Hearing Australia Is just one)
THE FOLLOWING LETTER IS FORE-FRONT OF ALL OTHER MATTERS; but in conjunction with
centrelink and anors crimes.

It cannot be in brevity because it has been allowed to travel for years;- my apologies for that

Complaint; The Possibility one or more of your staff are involved in it by association.
Background and some delays:
4 years of violence abuse defamation use of illegal devices to cause fear and terror. Dangerous
driving reckless driving etc. Eavesdropping at windows and doors to obtain information illegally
ro use the information against me Predatory; stalking harassing intimidating..etc etc
this has been occurring almost 24/7
MOST OF THE OFFENCES HAVE BEEN OCCURING ON THIS PROPERTY.
One of the main Perpetrators is tenant in Unit 3 of 2 Harvey Place North Nowra. Female
known to me as Pat Reid. Yesterday her visitor drove CAR
She is involved with inciting the crimes of Nowra Taxis.

And HMAS ALBATROSS aircrafts flying directly over- head and too close.noting this unit has
structural issues. Giving rise for concerns; We believe she has a relative called GREG REID who is
a serving member of Albatross..
Other tenants and her known gang members
Housing and Police ignoring my pleas has been duly noted.and documented
ONE OF THE ISSUES RAISED BY PAT - turned into discrimination against my NEAR DEAFNESS.
With herself attempting to state I could not use the WEB CAM as my ears, nor as SELF
PROTECTION from her and her gang and other tenants violent and aggressive violations
including threats. This was the second such discrimination. First seen in evidence At Housing
and Council - they backed away once I commenced quoting High Court Cases citing the
accessibility of that evidence.. and the discrimination act. Along with hacking and removing
video evidence.
WE CAN fairly confidentially allege that Pat is receiving her ill legal advice from The staff and
her friends / relatives of
We wish to draw your attention to the High Court decision is no immunity extended to
Solicitors and advocates, for given ill advise - as long it is not in direct link to a court matter. No
immunity.
I personally would like to add - it was so ill-thought - to bring your firms signage vehicle onto
the premises. And clearly obviously wishing for me to see it..
PLEASE Note; DEAFNESS; WE ARE TALKING ABOUT SMALL CANALS AND INDUSTRIAL
DEAFNESS = ANY NOISE EXTERNAL OF WHAT I AM ATTEMPTING TO HEAR JUST TURNS ME DEAF.

So if I am listen to music or the TV and When Reids gang members and Wilkinsons
commence screaming foul offensive language and threats etc (a) I cannot hear for example the
tv unless it is turned up louder than their bellowing of obscenities at me
But I hear them later via the cam WEB CAM = 4v hooked straight into my computer as my
aides for hearing and seeing who is at the front door AND FOR SELF PROTECTION.because
POLICE IN NOWRA are denying me the very oath they all took; to uphold and maintain the law
amongst all the laws breached in this personal violence issue.
(b) Pats prying - eavesdropping at my windows has seen her obtain information illegally as to
when my TV is on - so they grow LOUDER and more vile. and near my windows and doors out
on Harvey Page Hood close.
Their violations are occurring at the same times on a daily basis and has intensified at the times
Reid had obtained information - first it was at 3 pmI realised what she had done - so I
changed the time I turned my TV on. (tv on usually means I have my hearing aidS in.)
Then it changed to between 4 pm up to lights out; My hearing aids are in.
I AM AWARE THAT AS THE PRINCIPLE OF CARTER FERGUSON you may not be aware of the
Nowra Staffs involvement in those crimes. I am raising your attention and raising a complaint.
WE did wonder where Pat Reid obtained false information from in regards to the Web Cam use.
And why after committing years of crimes against me she would state to her cohort Noel
Wilkinson - Id like to know what Offenses I am supposed to have committed. It was rather
psychopathic of both, in our books.
Protecting them (Personal violence) / aiding and abetting Pat Reid and anors is just as bad as
committing the crimes themselves. And that is what appears to be happening here.
The OLSC state I must have attempted at least to have the issues addressed with the Principle of
Carter Ferguson in the first instance. So be it.
WE acknowledge the fact that your vehicle could have simply been on the premises to pick up
the young boy. (see photo) Noting the video is in its entirety.
However; In light of the Crimes Pat Reid has been committing against me it is natural to assume
something more sinister did occur - such as INTIMIDATION AND THREAT.
The Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) 2014 (LPUL) empowers the Office of the Legal
Services Commissioner (OLSC) to assess complaints about the conduct of solicitors and
barristers as either "consumer matters" or "disciplinary matters."
What is a disciplinary matter?

Disciplinary matters concerning solicitors or barristers are those capable of amounting
to "unsatisfactory professional conduct" or "professional misconduct".

Minor breach of the Solicitors Conduct or Practice Rules or confidentiality
Professional misconduct can also include conduct outside the practice of law eg being
convicted of a serious criminal offence, a tax offence or an offence involving
dishonesty or being disqualified from managing or being involved in the management
of a corporation under the Corporations Act.

Hi, I'm hoping to get some feedback on the pros and cons of the
Nowra area. My husband is in the mines and he is looking at a
transfer in the next 6 months or so. We've only ever lived in Qld
so have no idea about areas in NSW. Is Nowra family
orientated? As in sporting clubs etc. is it a safe area to
live? From what we've googled it looks like a beautiful town.

Nowra itself isn't a great place to live. I also don't think there are
any mines down there. Unemployment is high and some suburb
you just wouldn't live in. But if you want a gorgeous coastal
lifestyle 15minutes away in either directions there are beautiful
areas to live.

The mine is at Tahmoor. We are looking at Nowra because the

rent is cheaper so we can continue saving for a house
deposit. We looked at Wollongong but the rent is almost as high
as what we pay up here so there is no financial gain from an
interstate move. What are some of the nicer areas? My husband
will stay on site for his shift so the drive can be up to 2 hours as
he'll only be driving it once a week. Thanks

one of our worst ever travel experiences took place at nowra.

very weird and quite scary place, in my opinion. everyone around
town just seemed not quite right. we stayed at a caravan park,
and i swear most residents there were on meth all night. no-one
slept at all and were all loitering outside their vans at 4am when
we went to the bathrooms. no-one would look you in the eye, but
were always staring at you. we were planning on staying for a
few days, but left that next morning. truly weird experience. i
would never ever ever move there. i've since heard it's meth

capital of australia. not sure how true that is though.

ha, i personally think that's a great choice! we had also stopped

there randomly because we thought it looked like such a
beautiful place. when the sun went down, everything went weird.
just like in the movie 'lost boys'! minus the vampires.

Nowra is a dump to put it plainly, but some surrounding areas are

lovely. Kangaroo Valley, Cambewarra, Jervis Bay, Berry or
Gerroa, or even down at Ulladulla/Milton.

Agree. And the Robinson Pie shop at the top of Macquarie Pass
(if you're game to try the pass, unless they have done upgrades
since I was on it 2-3 years ago, it's a little hairy at times. Fun
though lol) Is Awesome! A little further down the road, there was
a little Scottish shop that had the Best short bread I have ever had
as well.
TBH, most of Wollongong/Illawarra is a hole. I grew up there,

and I would Never live there again unless there was a very good
reason for it. Anywhere south of Wollongong city (including
Wollongong and down to Oak Flats/Warilla) are up there for
drugs and related crime areas, everywhere north is ridiculously

over priced with pockets of very undesirable places like
Bellambi. All over is very hard to get any sort of work to the
point that most people I knew went to work in Sydney, travelling
around an hour each way by train (if the trains weren't delayed).
I went back to visit a couple of years ago to visit family who live
down there and it was a real eye opener as to how hostile a place
it was. I did a simple experiment of just saying hi to everyone
who walked past (when I wasn't getting the predator vibe from
the person) 9/10 people hurried away with a scared look on their
face as though they thought I was going to attack them.
I would consider looking at somewhere like the ones that the

good miss-nomer suggested.

Thanks JJ! I had a look at the places you suggested, and yes it
looks gorgeous! ... with the rents being that little but cheaper its a
bonus. Will have a chat with DH tonight and see what he
thinks. We've lived very close to the beach all our lives so a
change to the country would be great!

I lived in South Nowra up until 2.5 years ago and can honestly
say that it was a great place to live. We rented a 4x2 on 1/3 of an
acre opposite my kids school for $235 a week. Public transport
was crap but other than needing to make a trip to Sydney or
Wollongong a couple of times a year for shopping, it had
everything we needed for our family.
There was a great community spirit and plenty to do in the

region.
That said, I would choose where I'm living in WA over Nowra ...
The only thing I really miss are my fantastic friends!

Me being one of them Ky, hello my old friend, I haven't been

here for years and come back on to source some information and
find you xxx. Hi JJ too!
I reside in North Nowra and unfortunately do agree with much of

the negativity that does surrounds Nowra, except that I did not
realise it was referred to as the "Meth Capital" and drugs were
more a problem than anwhere else. Yes, it can be an easy place
to tire of as I found it is limited and that can become frustrating if
you like variety. That being said it is relatively cheap and as we
spend very little time in Nowra itself ... Major shopping 45 mins
North, in summer we have some of the most beautiful beaches
surrounding us and in Winter we enjoy the lovely bushwalks and
the beautiful mountain ranges. So what I am saying is we have a
home here and sleep here and enjoy having a little extra cash due
to it being a cheap place to live and then we explore and enjoy it
just out of Nowra as it only takes a minimum of 15 minutes and
the diversity is massive.

Steer clear of nowra- my dh works there and I get scared just

walking through the woolworths carpark.
The campbelltown area is fine and south west say picton area or
even southern highlands. Also I think Nowra to Tahmoor is a
long drive almost 1.5-2 hours whereas Campbelltown is only 30
mins. I know the area well so I'm more than happy to give
advice ongood/bad suburbs nearby.

I live in Nowra, and to be honest I would love to move away.

The place itself is lovely, but the mentality of alot of people ruins
it.
To the woman that stayed at the caravan park, I'm going to have
a guess and say it was named "Willows". That place is overrun
by crack heads that are permanent residents, and most locals stay
clear of it. It looks nice enough, but is most definitely not.
My partner and I have been talking of moving to one of the

A young filmmaker who grew up in Nowra was sitting close to the television on Wednesday
night waiting for the premiere of his documentary.
The End of the Line, a half-hour documentary focusing on the ice problem in Tom Abood's
hometown, aired on ABC TV.
"You start hearing these stories [about ice]; people start staying up for long periods of time,
and break-ins, and robberies," Abood said.
"Eventually, you hear of the arrests [that] happened over one week in one big sting all around
the Nowra area.
"That's what really drew my attention back home to make this documentary."

BP Booklet showing all the high and then falling heart rates and pulse then the sharp esculation
which sees me attend the Nowra Hospital for the second time. Triage ; It will kill you, get them to
change your meds. Verified by a third party. Spaulding said Nothing to worry about even if it
reaches 168....

QUESTIONS: Why hasnt BALL mentioned the extra heart beat in his reports. There is nothing wrong
with her heart. And at Sloane another ordinary GP...a Govt GP for the Navy @ Physical fitness.......
SHE HAD BEFORE HER; the Sleep Apnea Test Results - Home Test report done by Director of '
WESLEY' Hospital...... showing her how many times per night I actually stop breathing. 70 secoond
stop.
SHE SIGHTS ALL THE 'CONFLICTING RESULTS'. She was firstly ARGUING with me !!! Then confessed.

Atorvastatin..
Making out I am a liar when the script was not held with Blooms. It was in East Nowra
pharmacy!

9. SHE THEN TAKES THAT FURTHER when I asked for a script for LASIX to be written up - FLUID
RETENTION...dating back to my childhood... See also Kidney cyst on Right Kidney which
keeps growing bigger and bigger (2012- no care and treatment ) - and blood in your urine
(2014 no care and treatment ) and 'Diviculosis' - no care and treatment.
SPAULDING WANT PROOF I HAD A SCRIPT WRITTEN UP PRIOR.... I was forced to locate a
script dating back to 2000. The one in 2008 is here somewhere...
She only then makes out her script for a similar fluid tablet...
10. SHE THEN REFUSED TO REFER ME TO A SLEEP APNEA CLINIC with a report from a DIRECTOR
OF WESLEY HOSPITAL sitting before her. The actual initial test was a home test. Know to be
inacurate.
YOU CAN IMAGINE MY ALARM when spaulding stated oh its the pharmacy just trying to sell
you a product!

SHE HAD INDEED JUST SLANDERED THE DIRECTOR OF THE WESLEY HOSPITAL AND THE STAFF
AT BLOOMS.
By this stage I could not bare to look at her I was that repulsed by her mere presence..
11. SHE HAD AGREED that all the medical reports were contridicting each other - WHICH OF
COURSE IS CORRECT but then she commenced ARGUING and I mean blatantly obviously
arguing with me about the reports. Of course my arguements which clearly set out all the
conflicting contridicting reports won the day.. She did not apologise..
12. SHE THEN COMMENCED STRONGLY IMPLYING THAT I WAS A LOONY.
You have been running from this one to that one
She stated You are stressed and Anxious; STOP HERE; She had told me on the 10th that my
BP and Pulse rate was normal and I was to stop focussing on it..... She stated it can get up
to 168 in this clinic without a problem. Is she mad! How many people would go into cardiac
arrest at that rate?
SHE HAD INCITED A REACTION FROM ME and ATTEMPTED TO labelled me Stressed and
Anxious - which Housing NSW staff had done....repeated patterns of criminal behaviour..
SHE THEN TAKES MY BP AND PULSE RATES; 138/81 and pulse was 91.... SHE HAD NO
WHERE TO GO WITH HER ACCUSATIONS.... that is completely normal according to your
last statement about a bp still ok at 168, that of course would be classified as attempted
murder.
13. She stated; she could not locate any information of the Miscroscopic test - toel nail
samples for;Raynaulds and or SCLERODERMA / lUPUS; Hold on- reception informed me she
was young but very thorough !!!!! Are they all liars? Spaulding asks me to supply the
information for her...
14. SHE ALSO CLAIMED; she had no idea why I have lights coming from my mouth @ coughing
badly during sleep - awake mode.
SHE IS A QUALIFIED GP - IS SHE NOT? SHE DOES HAVE AN IQ - ENABLING HER TO RESEARCH
THESE FACTS AND SYMPTOMS - DOESNT SHE? Or she simply attempting to allege it is a
figment of my mind?
WHAT IS SHE FAILING TO DO IMMEDIATELY? SEND ME ON TO A SLEEP APNEA CLINIC FOR

A COMPLETE STUDY...... Knowing that Sleep Apnea can kill (in my case - MURDER) people.

15. I had to remind her that she stated Oh Burke is very good. BURKE of course wrote out his
report on my over inflated lungs stating of course 'they are slightly over inflated'.
DOES SPAULDING THINK BEFORE SHE OPENS HER MOUTH? Is the law about this type of
Negligence and abuse? There has been 'tissue damage to my right lung since mid 1980's...
that is what is what is written in reports OLD tissue scaring
16. SHE THEN BECOMES AFFIXED ON MY PERSONAL NOTES SHOWING ON A BP CHART

DUBBO HOSPITAL !!!! MY PERSONAL NOTES.... IT RELATES TO A COLONSCOPY day
surgery and a minister of health.. It was total irrelevant to her and she shouldnt be sticking
her nose in where she has no right to be..
17. She then looks at my LUNG XRAYS and agrees with the Lunatic negligent Prof Carr. Of the
Roman catholic Church hospital; he writes against all persons before him and on the very
day he saw me without a single blood test chest xray or spirometry before him - THERE IS
NOTHING WRONG WITH HER. When questioned HIS BODY LANGUAGE spoke volumnes. He
replied it was my personal opinion... ie; HE QUESSED... When he was informed of that fact
which cannot be disputed due to his report dates and blood test results dates etc.. HE
REPLIED If I had of been wrong I would have had to be responsible for my opinion...
OUR IMMEDIATE THOUGHTS WERE; the patient would be dead so there would not be a
need for a reply would there..... How to get away with murder...
BOTH OF COURSE GOING AGAINST THE FIRST XRAYS AND REPORT STATING I HAVE OVER-
INFLATED LUNGS!
18 SPAULDING THEN GOES AFTER an anti corruption whistleblower... ASKING ME FAR TOO MANY
IRRELEVANT QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS, MOST legendary Anti- Corruption Whistleblower. The Almost

been after me ever since..having me beaten up and instructing State Police and aiding and abetting

2014; MEDICARE IS CAUGHT RED-HANDED sharing all my personal information with a Practise
Manager of my then GP. Then the GP orders blood tests........
MEDLAB PATHOLOGY is contacted....They draw up a FALSE REPORT...showing ...."SLE Psychiatric

condition........." ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE.. The head pathologist is told in no un-certain terms.....
Making a False report is but one thing...
REMEMBER ALL THIS FALSE INFORMATION IS EVERYWHERE- there are absolutely NO excuses
THE GP had to fall by the way- side...because of that PLUS HCCC had caught them over-scripting
patients...
I AM STILL BEING DENIED MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT - and I have just stated why and how....
IT IS AT THIS TIME THAT LEGAL AID DROP THEMSELVES RIGHT IN THE GUTS OF THE ENTIRE CRIMES
when a nasty vile young female staffer states to me "well so many couldnt be so wrong" - drawing
reference to the slander - I am a dangerous loony.... wait for it... SHE DENIES ME LEGAL
REPRESENTATION whilst summing up "YOU would need to take each of your matters to the High
Court individually". ON TAPE.
HOUSING NSW - up to their corrupt necks in my matters also; They denied me HOUSING...2006 until
2015.....illegally demanding a MEDICAL ASSESSMENT FORM....... One cannot comply with that
dictatorship when one is forced to run and run and run - can one? They REFUSED TO ASSIST ME even
with CENTRELINKS disability card before them and medical reports...they lay in wait..... Nowra... The
Tenancy advocate told me i had to "Jump through hoops for them"......They refused to use the first
