Daily lesson Plan

Objectives :

1. At the end of the lesson the learners will be familiar with and be able to use the language
of making predictions and giving advice effectively.

Anticipatory:
The teacher plays a short video about unity as brainstorming. The teacher asks the students
some questions that related to the video to catch the students attention and prepare the
students to focus on the material. After that, the teacher states the learning objectives.

Input :

The students show the expression and gesture when reading the poem.

Modeling:

1. Teacher plays a short video using laptop, LCD, and speaker.


2. The teacher gives the hand out. Then, the students read the poem.
3. The teachers divide the students into some group and give the students instruction to
find the moral value of the poem.

Checking for understanding:

The teacher asks leading questions to the students to check their understanding include their
interest. Then, giving the students chance for asking some questions.

Guide practice:

1. Each students in the group read a poem


2. Each student in the group find unfamiliar vocabulary.
a. Each student in the group make list of unfamiliar vocabularies.
b. The students discuss about the meaning that they have not known in the group.
c. The students find the literal meaning of the poem.
d. The students practice one by one read the poem.
e. Every group make picture that related with the theme.

Independent practice:

The teacher assigns the students to find and read any other poem.

Evaluation
1. The teacher gives the feedback for the result of discussion.
2. The teacher gives the score for every group about the students activity and
cooperative in the group.
3. The teacher gives the score for the picture.
