INTRODUCTION :-

Teaching is face to face, formal, direct situation in which the ideas


and instructions pass from one biologically responsive organism to
another in a social matrix. Teaching in this sense is restricted to
organized classroom interaction between a body of the students
who desire to learn and a person ,called teacher, who is there to
help them to achieve that aim.

DEFINITION OF PRINCIPLES OF TEACHING :-

Teaching may be considered successful only if learning occurs. As


such it becomes essential to find ways and means to ensure that
pupil- achievement matches teacher input. The golden principle is
to root teaching in such established practices that facilitate learning.
These practices are called principles .These principles exercise
operative control on teacher behaviour so as to keep it on line.
OBJECTIVES OF THE TOPIC :-
Assist us to identify the objectives of the world around us.
Reduce complexity of the environment of the classrooms.
Reduce necessity of constant learning.
Provide directions for instructional activity
Make instructions possible .

research workers and the teachers working in the fields have tried to
establish principle of teaching which may prove quite helpful in
making the task of teaching quite effective and purposeful.
