Last Will and Testament of

Eddard Stark
as declared under the laws of Winterfell, Westoros

I. Declaration
I, Eddard Stark , currently of Winterfell, Westeros (Testator), hereby
revoke any prior wills and codicils in entirety and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament (Will).

II. Marital Status

I am married to Catelyn Stark .

III. Children
Below are the names of my living biological and/or adopted children:
Rob Stark
Sansa Stark
Arya Stark
Bran Stark
Rickon Stark
Jon Snow

IV. Executor
I appoint my spouse, Catelyn Stark , as my sole personal representative and
executor (Executor) of this Will. Should Catelyn Stark be unable to serve in
such capacity, then I appoint Tyrion Lannister of Winterfell as Executor of
this Will.

I direct my Executor to take any legal actions deemed appropriate in order to have
the probate of this Will completed quickly in a manner that is as simple as possible
and as free as possible of court supersivion, as permitted by the laws of Westeros .

I authorize that my Executor have all powers, authority and discetion conferred by
state or federal law. In addition, I grant my Executor the following powers:

v To file a petition for the independent administration of my estate;

v To pay all debts, funeral expenses, inheritance taxes assessed against property
in my estate or against my beneficiaries, and any other expenses in connection
with the administration of my estate and any trusts created by this Will;
v To retain property without liability for loss or depreciation;
v To sell, exchange, or dispose of any property by public or private sale, and
receive and administer the proceeds as part of my estate without liability for
loss or depreciation;
v To lease any real property in my estate;
v To open or close financial accounts;
v To purchase, maintain, convert and liquidate investments or securities,
including the right to vote stock and/or exercise any option, rights or privileges
associated with any securities belonging to my estate without liability for loss;
v To maintain, settle, abandon, sue or defend, or otherwise deal with any
lawsuits in favor of or against my estate;
v To maintain, continue, dissolve, change or sell any business which is part of
my estate;
v To exercise any powers, authority, or discretion as often as deemed necessary
or advisable for the best interest of my estate without application or approval
by any court.

V. Guardian for Minor Children

It is my wish that Robert Baratheon be appointed as personal guardian to care
for my minor children (Personal Guardian) if my spouse is also deceased at the
time of my death. Should Robert Baratheon be unwilling or unable to server as
Personal Guardian for my minor children, then it is my wish that Tyron
Lannister be appointed as Personal Guardian for my minor children.

VI. Disposition of Estate
I name my spouse, Catelyn Stark , as the beneficiary of all property that I own at
the time of my death that is subject to this Will and does not pass under a general or
specific bequest, including all failed or lapsed bequests (Residuary Estate). Should
Catelyn Stark be unavailable as beneficiary, then I name my children as equal
beneficiaries of my Residuary Estate.

In the case where any property or gift is intended for two or more beneficiaries and
any of them does not survive me, then his or her share shall be divided equally
among the other remaining intended beneficiaries unless this will provides otherwise.

Any beneficiary must survive me for at least thirty (30) days in order to receive any
gift or property under this will.
