Main Responsibilities: Key Performance Indicators / KPIs:
Support in development of new skill development schemes
Assist in development of new curricula
Carryout data analysis and research work necessary for
development of new skill related schemes
Oversee the new initiative necessary for improvement of quality
1. Undertake research, collect and analyze data and design program / scheme inclusive of of skills training
trade, geographic location, target audience, number of classes, duration and TSP
performance evaluation criteria etc.
Education Required:
2. Draft schemes design and incorporate feedback from the senior management.
3. Assist stake holders (internal and external) to develop new curricula and revise and amend Bachelors Degree from a HEC recognized/accredited university
curricula. Masters degree in any relevant discipline preferred.
4. Initiate and execute the introduction of soft skills in technical trainings.
5. Hire third party firm for verification outcome of the skills imparted by different service
Experience Required:
providers i.e. formal institutes, industry, employers etc.
6. Coordinate with Strategy department for different related researches and incorporate the Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in reputed organizations.
