fiber and 65 g of cholesterol per day in 20 normal-weight men with insulin treated type 2

This study showed that although vegans had lower dietary calcium and protein intakes

than omnivores, veganism did not have adverse effect on bone mineral density and did

not alter body composition. This study examined whether a lifelong vegetarian diet has Comment [sk7]: Great sentence! It shows a counter argument

any negative impact on bone health , which is a contentious and ongoing issue. 105

Mahayana Buddhist nuns and 105 omnivore women were randomly selected.

Furthermore results showed that there is no significant correlation between the vegan diet

and body composition measures (veganism has no real effect on the bones). Comment [sk8]: Maybe a little more about the article and what
it talks about. Dont forget to talk about how reliable it is and how
useful it is to your topic!

protein, and cholesterol while containing more folate, fiber, antioxidants, phytochemicals,

A documentary film advocating for a plant-based diet, and aiming to expose corruption

and collusion between the government and big business, pharmaceutical and health

organizations that costs billions of dollars in healthcare and keeping people sick

(basically he is saying that most major health issues are from consuming meat and dairy

products but the government is trying to cover this up). For example he discuss things

such as Processed meat causes cancer (the world health organization classified processed

meats as a group 1 carcinogen whcih is in the same group with cigarettes, asbestos and

plutonium) and diabetes ( caused by the buildup of fat in the blood which causes insulin

resistance preventing sugar from getting into your cells, but the primary focus is on sugar

and taken off of meat) and how two-thirds of adults are now overweight or obese which

is causing an epidemic of debilitating disease in America. Comment [sk13]: This is REALLY long, try breaking it up and
talking about them instead of the parentheses.
