Dear Department of Product Malfunction

On 9/10/2017, I had released a highly experimental super suit that I had been working on for our
company to a customer. It had the serial number of 52887 and was sold at the main Oscorp
Tower where the rest of the merchandise is sold. I am disappointed because it has been reported
that the suit has not been working as it was originally intended to. The jet pack on the back of the
suit was defective and is not propelling with enough force from the ground. Thus, the suit is not
operating to the standards of the customer and we lost money and the customers loyalty in the
process.

To resolve the issue, I would appreciate your payment for the charges that were lost to the
company. Furthermore, a replacement of all possible malfunctioning equipment that you have
provided us would be greatly appreciated. Enclosed are copies of my records for the interactions
with the customer as well as the receipt of purchase for the suit with the serial number, 52887.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 9/13/2017 before
seeking help from a consumer protection agency, Better Business Bureau, or the president of our
