Ref: Your letter dated 9/12/2017

Dear Department of Management,

We thank you for your email of 9/12/2017 that included all the materials for the malfunctioned
jet pack and receipt of purchase.

The email that we received only moments ago states that the materials that we sent you for the jet
packs were not of high quality and were defective. It was an issue that was due, in part, to a
slight malfunction of the machinery that we use in the design of the packs as well as a
miscalculation from our design team. We are disappointed in this issue which has made the
company of Oscorp Industries lose money and has harmed their good name. To remedy this, we
have already sent replacements for the malfunctioning jet packs to the Oscorp Tower by carrier
and it should be there promptly.

Rest assured, the quality of our products has improved and these jet packs will not malfunction.
Plus, Oscorp Industries may debit our account for the losses caused by our mistakes. Again,
sorry for the inconveniences caused by us and we assure Oscorp Industries that such mistakes
will be avoided in the future.

Sincerely,

John Foreman
