Statement of the Problem:
This study aims to accommodate the effects of recent traffic rules, road
decommissions, truck bans by our city council and its effect on the student body and
faculty of Senior High School in St. Peters College of Ormoc , while also considering their
behavior and their ability to cope with the former, and answer these specific questions:

Will city council enforce new rules or change current ones considering the situation
of the city?
How will the student body along with the faculty members of the Senior High
School unit in St. Peters College of Ormoc be affected by such?
Will there be a probability of protests for those inconvenienced?

Significance of the Study:

This study serves or will serve as a guide tackling a concrete and logical approach
in understanding the effects of recent traffic-related changes and how these changes will
pose to the student body and faculty of the Senior High School Unit in St. Peters College
of Ormoc.

Scope and limitation of the Study:

The research will be conducted in St. Peters College of Ormoc using surveys and
interviews to the student body and faculty members of the Senior High School Unit. Will
also use such methods like forecasting, sampling, and environmental analysis and
monitoring.

Rationale:
The researcher will take a methodological approach on the study. The study itself
comes with a plethora of benefits, although the researcher will expect some oddities while
factoring in the randomness of some of this citys nature.
One of the new yet shocking issues that seem to affect the student body and the
faculty members is the recent change of traffic regulations and road directions, which
may lead to slight changes in the students time table and the motivation of the driver
chauffeuring the students and the faculty members. As such, this may lead in a greater
extent, the members of the student body and faculty may even be tardy.
The researcher will use methods akin to environmental analysis and monitoring,
forecasting, sampling, interviews, and surveys. As to forecast, the researcher sees that
this study will help the student body and faculty of the Senior High School department,
act accordingly and efficiently, which will also tackle time-management and issues that
the researcher has yet to discover.
