DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation made and entered into by and between:

beloved youngest child, the DONEE;

Therefore, for and in consideration of these objectives, the DONOR

hereby voluntarily and freely gives, transfers, and conveys by way of donation,
unto said DONEE, all of the right, title, and interest which said DONOR has in
the above-described property free from all liens and encumbrances and charges
whatsoever.

The DONEE hereby receives and accepts this donation made in her favor
by the DONOR and hereby expresses her appreciation and gratefulness for the
kindness and generosity of the DONOR.
