To Whom It May Concern

It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to recommend Marlana Robinson for admission
into the Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program at Arkansas State University. In my
capacity as Supervisor at Tommy Bahama, I worked closely with Marlana during the
summer months of 2017. Her responsibilities included assisting our guest as needed,
stocking merchandise, and running the register. During her time here, Marlana proved
herself a hard-working and responsible individual and I am delighted to provide this letter
of recommendation on her behalf.

I witnessed tremendous growth in Marlana over the course of her employment, and am
certain that the skills and abilities she has developed will allow her to excel in any job.
Marlana remarkable talents for business, management, and communication make her
uniquely qualified to serve as a student in the Occupational Therapy program.

I have managed Marlana in stressful and complicated projects requiring high levels of
intelligence and understanding: she met every challenge, deadline, and goal presented
and tackled every problem with grace and ease. Many of the solutions Marlana proposed
were insightful and practical, and she showed a remarkable capacity for breaking large
issues into manageable segments. Her innovative ideas and solutions increased our
companys profits and improved its efficiency, and she made valuable contributions in
other areas as well.

Marlana served not only as a useful individual asset to our company but also as a
cooperative and attentive team-player. Her actions consistently inspired and motivated
our other employees. She understood intuitively when colleagues were confused, lost, or
off-track, and brought those individuals back to task without judgment. She was also
aware of rifts developing during group projects, and her management skills reunited
teams without making either side feel defensive or alienated.

In the time that I have known and worked with Marlana, I developed enduring respect for
both her work ethic and her problem-solving abilities. I can confidently say that Marlana
would make a positive and beneficial addition to the program and she has my highest
recommendation. If you have any further questions regarding her background or
qualifications, please do not hesitate to call me at the number listed below.

Sincerely,
