EXPERIMENT NO: 2

1. Aim: Identification of human bones.

2. Principle:
Skeletal system is composed of dynamic living tissues like, osseous tissue, cartilage, fibrous
connective tissue, blood, nervous tissue. It continually rebuilds and remodels itself and
changes over a lifetime. It interacts with all of the other organ systems. It includes bones of
the skeleton, cartilage, ligaments, and other connective tissues that stabilize or connect the
bones.

3. Learning Outcomes:
1. Lear how to identify bone of axial and appendicular skeleton.
2. Lear what are anatomical features of the bones of the both axial and appendicular
skeleton.
