Wagner Power Sprayers use High Pressure Airless Technology. Paint is atomised by an electric piston pump under
high pressure (1200 PSI or higher).
All Power Sprayers are initially set-up to spray acrylic paints. Different swirl valves and nozzles are available as
additional accessories for spraying different materials. Swirl Valves are a wearing part and will deteriorate with use. It
is recommended that additional swirl valves are purchased along with the Power Sprayer. These sprayers are ideal for
spraying water diluted paints (acrylics), but will also spray architectural oil-based paints, primers, top coats (enamels),
aluminium paints, wood preservatives, polishes, oils, stains and hammer finishes.
Power Sprayers are ideal for small to medium redecoration and renovation work around the house and yard requiring the coverage

The new and powerful X-Boost turbine means that conventional coatings can be applied without being diluted. With
adjustable air pressure, the power of the turbine can be varied to suit any coating perfectly, for precise control. The volume
of paint can also be adjusted to suit the material being sprayed and the project type. With an average working speed of
3m2/min, a standard room can be sprayed in around 12 minutes, or an outdoor chair in just a few minutes!
Wagners unique new i-Spray nozzle is also a technical innovation. It allows interior acrylic paints to be atomised very finely
to achieve even paint coverage and a perfect finish on your walls and ceilings. Thick exterior acrylics can also be sprayed
onto coarser surfaces. Instead of applying two coats of paint with a brush or roller, paint fast with Flexio and spray the same
amount of paint in much less than half the time.
In addition to the WallPerfect spray attachment (with i-Spray nozzle), each Flexio sprayer also comes with a Standard spray
attachment for spraying lacquer, varnish, stain and other thinner materials. Achieve a perfect, smooth finish every time.

FineSprayers (Low Pressure)

Wagner FineSprayers use High Volume Low Pressure Technology (HVLP) and are classified
as a finishing tool. FineSprayers atomise paint under low pressure (around 4 to 12 psi).
FineSprayers are ideal for high-quality precision painting application where finish and
control matters. They are designed to cut labour time, minimise waste and improve the
final finish. There are many jobs around the house and yard that are ideal for using a
FineSprayer including touch-ups, gutters, panel doors, wicker furniture, shelving, pipes,
frames, appliances, cabinets, window frames, lift doors, shutters, porcelain, furniture,
lockers, bi-fold doors, architraves, multi-colour finishes and much more.
Spray Tanning: Some FineSprayer models are ideal for the application of spray tanning oils. Please contact our Customer Service team
for the recommended products. Commercial suntan oil use is backed by a 3 month warranty.
FineSprayers are not designed to be used for covering large, flat surfaces. As a rough guide,
the largest surface area to be sprayed with a FineSprayer would be a standard sized door.
Why is a FineSprayer so effective?

Nothing can go amiss; the warm envelope of air that surrounds the paint jet allows for
precise, clean work with great control. The enormous air rating of the gun nozzle and
the paint flow rate create a very fine atomisation and this is in spite of the low
electrical current consumption. Simply bring the paint to the right viscosity by correct dilution
and in no time at all you will be painting or varnishing in areas that a paint brush can hardly
reach, with a superior finish.
Paints and materials suitable for FineSprayers:

Oil-based primers and paints, aluminium paints, wood preservatives, polishes, oils, stains, automotive top coats, hammer finishes and
special effects paints. FineSprayers are also capable of spraying some water-diluted (acrylic) primers and paints with the high flow front

For those contractors who need a perfect fine finish, with an easy

to use, portable spray system, the FC5000 is the answer. Packaged
with a Fine Spray Attachment for very fine atomisation, this is an
ideal unit for spraying doors, windows or any other woodwork.
Coupled with the benefit of being able to add addtional spray

attachments, the powerful XVLP turbine can even spray thick
acrylic wall paints to power through those smaller repaint
projects.

Electric Diaphragm Pumps

QLS technology (Quality Long Stroke technology) is patented long stroke diaphragm equipment available with the SuperFinish
(SF) Range. The optimised hydraulics and valve technology provide superior performance. The longer stroke of the piston allows
the application of a wide range of materials, from thin liquids to high viscosity coatings. The reduced stroke rate means that wear
components are under much less stress, giving a longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
The Super Finish range has wear resistant tungsten carbide valves and solvent resistant polyamide diaphragms. The geometry of the
diaphragm allows it to be guided evenly minimising friction, making it reliable and long lasting. Diaphragm pumps are ideal for small
colour runs using hoppers and because of the variable pressure control additions such as AirCoat are possible.
User friendly functions, such as the Green Light LED, indicates that voltage is present for ease of checking and special spanners supplied
are stowed in the tool pouch where they can be easily accessed.

Working is simple with an internally fed InLine Power Roller. The coating material is delivered automatically from the drum to the paint

Airless Spray Tips

The innovative TradeTip 3 (TT3) is the centrepiece of Wagner airless spraying technology. Paint
is pumped at high pressure through the tip and the tip core atomises and shapes the spray fan.
Wagner tip cores are extra durable - manufactured from carbide metal alloy to reduce wear
and enable a constant spray angle. Another advantage of Wagner tips is the ease of cleaning;
just twist and rinse without any tools. All Wagner TT3 and Fine Finish tips now come complete
in a set with a bonus matching gun filter and a double seal.

Powerful high-performance pumps. The power pack for large building projects and for
applying high viscosity materials. Able to withstand aggressive and abrasive materials,
quality and durability assured. Multiple gun capabilities.
The Heavy Coat hydraulic pumps have been specially developed for working with high
viscosity materials. They are characterised by their large flow passages and high suction
power. This also allows them to be used with multiple guns on large projects.
The material pump of the Heavy Coat units is driven indirectly by hydraulics. The shovel
piston has a distinctly longer and slower stroke than with direct drive electric pumps. The
high suction power improves the application of high viscosity materials. The low wear
rate and the resulting long service life of the equipment are further benefits of hydraulic
technology. The surfaces of the cylinder and piston rod are coated with an extremely wear
resistant layer of hard chrome, making them able to withstand aggressive and abrasive
materials. Pressure can be smoothly regulated up to 3625 psi for perfect matching and
overlapping.
The patented SSP Special Spray Power System is a unique feature that makes application
much easier, especially when spraying very high viscosity materials such as spray fillers,
adhesives, fire retardants and bituminous paints. The special design of the system allows
for the pump to be continually loaded with sufficient paint
material by the shovel piston, making it possible to work
without pulsation or malfunction. The SSP feature is available
on the HC950G & HC970G.

AirCoat - Air Assisted Airless Finishing Systems

In the AirCoat process (air assisted airless atomisation) the material is pushed through the tip at a relatively
low pressure (435 - 1,740 PSI) using a piston pump or a diaphragm pump, and supported by compressed air
(7.25 - 36.25 PSI) in the atomising process. This is made possible by the central air feed (air cap) which is fitted
immediately at the tip bore and surrounds the sprayed medium like a sheath. This directs your spray to the
surface with minimal overspray. Adjustment in the spray pattern of up to 50% is possible.

How does it work?

A negative charge is generated around the paint particles by an electrode in the gun head. The highly charged
particles are then applied to the earthed work piece being sprayed, and uniformly deposits on its surface. The
electric field created means the paint particles also travel around the back of the item being sprayed. This
wrap-around effect allows the operator to paint items such as pipes or hand rails without changing position.
Multi-Swirl System
Wagner has developed a unique multi-swirl system. As paint passes through the nozzle it starts a swirling motion.
This produces a soft spray pattern with an increased wrap-around effect.

Worm driven machines for aggregate based products such as acrylic based

The Wagner texture and render units have made it easy to get into machine application of texture,
render and other heavy bodied products. The equipment will save you laboriously carrying buckets and

The powerful PC830 is a step up in performance and is capable of handling materials with a grain size up to 3mm. With its advanced

The high-grade stainless steel hopper will hold 60 litres of ready-to-spray material. The units are of light construction and can be

AirCoat Pneumatic
Air Assisted Airless Finishing Systems
In the AirCoat process (Airless + Air) the material is uniformly atomised at a relatively
low pressure (from about 870 PSI depending on the material) using a piston pump
or a diaphragm pump. This is ensured by the central air guide (air cap) which is fitted
immediately at the tip bore and surrounds the sprayed medium like a coat.
In comparison to Airless and Air spraying, the overspray is greatly reduced. This
provides a saving in material of up to 15% against the Airless process and of up to
40% compared with air atomisation.
Wagner AirCoat tips are manufactured to the highest precision. Thanks to the
improved geometry of the tip core, Wagner has succeeded in further reducing tip
and pump wear. The spray result is soft and uniform.

Warranty Information & Procedures

Consumer/DIY & Semi-Professional Products
W95, W140P, W180P, Flexio Range, W550, W560, W610, W670, W3500, Airless Sprayer Plus and
Project Pro (when used in a DIY application) are covered by a 2 Year Manufacturers Defect Warranty.
To determine whether the product is eligible for coverage under manufacturers defect the following
procedure should be followed:
1. Confirm details of customer purchase and the verification of the purchase date.
2. Review the checklist of possible faults to see if the problem can be identified at store level. The most
common problem is that of wear which can occur after only a short period of time, depending on the
type of paint being sprayed. Problems caused by wear are not covered under warranty.
Please call Wagner Technical Support on 1800 924 637 to assist if required.
3. If the problem has been identified as qualifying for warranty under manufacturers defect, Wagner
Technical Support will advise the store to send the product to an Authorised Wagner Service Agent
for repair or in special circumstances to provide a replacement product. If a product is to be replaced,
the individual product serial number must be reported to Wagner and included on the paperwork
sent back to Wagner. Authorisation to replace a product under warranty can only be provided by Wagner
Technical Support.
4. Where there is no clear warranty fault the customer should be referred to an Authorised Wagner
Service Centre for repair. All PaintCrew, Airless 115, Airless Sprayer Plus and Project Pro units must be
referred to an Authorised Wagner Service Agent for repair.
5. No authorisation will be given for customer refunds under any circumstances. Any item replaced or
refunded without a Wagner Authorisation Number will be the responsibility of the Store. Wagner will
only credit the original cost value of the item.
6. Parts or equipment replaced under warranty remain the property of Wagner.
7. Wagner reserves the right to refuse any claim that has not been properly authorised prior to a repair being
carried out.
8. Wagner does not cover and is not liable for: transporation, damage to property, product loss, machine
hire costs or loss of wages. Wagner is not liable to provide loan equipment whilst warranty work is being
carried out.

Wagner is now providing a 3+2-year warranty for all products in the

Professional and range. This offer is the only one of its kind in the industry and
underlines Wagners clear leadership when it comes to quality in coatings
application technology. The standard warranty period is now 3 years (5 years if
registered) and 1 year for industrial use / shift operations (3 years if registered).
Petrol drives come with a 1-year warranty (3 years if registered).

Other Professional & Industrial Products

Terms and Conditions

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY TERMS
1. Delivery is FREE INTO STORE within Australia for all orders received by Wagner exceeding $250.00, provided the Wagner appointed carrier is used, otherwise the cost of
freight is charged to the Customer. Delivery is to the customers place of business only.
2. The use of non-Wagner appointed carriers or airfreight requested by Customers would be charged to the Customers account irrespective of the order value.
3. All orders below $250.00 are subject to a minimum order charge of $15.00 plus GST.
4. Back orders are not subject to any delivery charge.
5. All orders that are requested to be sent in an overnight satchel will incur a $15.00 surcharge plus GST.
6. Account counter sales are not subject to any delivery charge.
CONDITIONS OF CREDIT
1. Wagner will not accept any stock returns without issue of a Wagner Authorisation number. Any stock that is returned without such number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
2. Credit claims for shortage, goods damaged or lost in transit and incorrect delivery of order of goods are the responsibility of the Customer and must be reported within fourteen
(14) working days of the date of invoice.
3. Credit claims returned after fourteen (14) working days of the date of invoice for the abovementioned reasons will be subject to a 10% handling / re-stocking fee.
4. Credits will not be issued unless the original invoice number is supplied by the Customer.
5. Credits will not be allowed for damaged or used goods returned except for the reasons described in the first paragraph of the Conditions of Credit above.
6. Goods returned for credit must be sent freight paid by the Customer to Wagner Spraytech Australia Pty Ltd or its appointed Agents for inspection and assessment of liability.
7. Claims arising from defectiveness of any part of goods are limited to the maximum value of the original purchase.
8. Claims for credit will not be allowed for goods returned used or unused which are more than thirty (30) days after the date of invoice.
9. No Customer, Retailer, Distributor, Dealer or Reseller is authorised to replace any piece of equipment still under warranty unless prior authorisation is given in writing by a
Director of Wagner. Accessories are not covered by the unit or gun warranty or guarantee.
10. Warranty and guarantee excludes claims where fair wear and tear is evident. For full details of the Warranty and Guarantee Terms and Conditions refer to the specific section of
the Terms and Conditions of Sale as per operating manual of the equipment.
STOCK ADJUSTMENT TERMS

1. Wagner recognizes that occasionally the need exists to balance or adjust the mix of our Customers, Retailers, Distributors, Dealers and Resellers equipment, accessories and
spare part stocks.
2. The return of qualified goods purchased from Wagner will be accepted with a credit issued at invoice or the lowest price charged in the last year, but ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF
A REPLACEMENT ORDER OF EQUIVALENT VALUE: If a replacement order of equivalent value is not received a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the Credit Note
gross value.
3. The extent to which such returns will be allowed will be contingent on the level of the Customers previous years NET purchases.
4. The Stock Adjustment Terms are subject to:

Goods must be in the current price list, in new condition and resalable.
Goods returned must be free of any third party labelling and in the same packaging in which they were received.
The return of goods must be authorised by the appropriate Wagner Manager, whose authorisation should appear on the Wagner Request for Credit documentation.
Credit will not be allowed for unauthorised stock returns.
Payment for returned goods will only be in the form of credit applied to future purchases. No cash refund will be permitted.
Credits issued will be deducted from recorded sales for purposes of calculating rebates, sales promotion allowances or other such sales incentives.
Goods returned in accordance with the above but missing parts, then those missing parts will be invoiced or the Credit Note value adjusted to reflect that value difference.
5. Return of goods which are the result of order entry or delivery errors of Wagner personnel will be exempt from the above stock adjustment terms, provided that:
a. The goods are returned within fourteen (14) working days of the invoice date.
b. The goods meet the product conditions criteria described above.
CANCELLATION
No order may be cancelled except with the consent in writing of a Director of Wagner and on terms, which will indemnify Wagner against all losses. Any orders cancelled after goods have been
despatched from the Wagner warehouse will incur a 10% restocking fee. Goods designated as customer order only products will be advised at time of order placement and are non-returnable.
DELIVERY
All quotes for delivery are estimates only and Wagner shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or for delay in delivery
arising from any circumstances of whatsoever nature which are outside Wagners control including in particular but without limiting the generality of the foregoing fire, flood, explosion, strike,
lock out or other industrial act or dispute or the breakdown of, or accident to plant, unavailability or shortage of raw material, labour, power supplies or transport facilities, or act of God, or
any order or direction of any local, State or Federal Government or Government authority or instrumentality. The Customer shall not be relieved by any obligation to accept or pay for goods
by reason of any delay in delivery or despatch. Wagner reserves the right to deliver by instalments, and each instalment shall be deemed to be sold under a separate contract. Failure to
deliver any instalment shall not entitle the Customer to repudiate the contract. The delivery times made known to the Customer are estimates only and Wagner shall not be liable for late
delivery or non-delivery and under no circumstances shall Wagner be liable for any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the Customer or its customers arising from late or non-delivery or late
installation of the goods.
CUSTOMERS AUTHORITY
The Customer has no authority to bind Wagner by any representation, undertaking, assertion or statement in relation to the goods unless expressly authorised in writing by Wagner to do so.
LICENCES
All goods are sold and services performed on the understanding that all licences and permits under all relevant statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations have been obtained by the
Customer and the Customer will ensure that the use of the goods meets all statutory requirements.
PATENTS
The Customer warrants that any design or instruction furnished to Wagner shall not be such as will cause Wagner to infringe any patent, registered design or trademark in the execution of
the Customers order. The Customer hereby indemnifies Wagner against any infringement or unauthorised use of patent trademark, design or copyright arising out of the use of the goods
and it is specifically agreed that the sale and purchase of the goods does not confer on the Customer any licence or rights under any patent trademark or copyright the property of Wagner.
PERFORMANCE AND REPRESENTATIONS

The Customer acknowledges that neither Wagner nor any person purporting to act on its behalf has made any representation or given any promise or undertaking which is not expressly set
out in the contract whether as to the fitness of the goods for any particular purpose or any other matter.
COMPANYS LIABILITY
Wagners liability for any breach of a condition or warranty express or implied is hereby limited to:
a. In the case of the goods, any one or more of the following:
- The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
- The repair of the goods;
- The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
- The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
b. In the case of services:
- The supplying of the services again, or
- The payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Terms and Conditions

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The published prices of all catalogued product are subject to change without notice. Wagner will provide as much notice as possible prior to any price changes.
2. The terms and conditions of sale on the Wagner price list or any subsequent price list apply to all orders for product or service accepted by Wagner regardless of terms or prices
discussed, requested and stated on purchase orders provided by customers.
3. No representative or employee of Wagner other than Directors has any authority to deviate in any way from the terms and conditions of sale contained herein or included as part
of this Wagner price list or subsequent price list.
4. No product will be despatched on a consignment or guaranteed sales basis unless a Director of Wagner gives prior written approval.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The Standard Terms of Payment are subject to:
1. Wagner may in its absolute discretion permit any approved Customer to pay for the goods sold within 30 days of the end of the month of invoicing, (or in accordance with such
other approved credit arrangements which Wagner may allow).
2. (a) Should the Customer fail for any reason to pay the amount owing to Wagner within the period referred to in sub-clause (1) hereof or, if the Customer is an approved
Customer then in accordance with sub-clause (2) hereof, Wagner may in addition to all other rights and remedies which it has either under this Agreement or at law
or equity charge interest at the then current penalty rate of interest as specified in the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1984 and may without prejudice to its other rights
either suspend further deliveries, require payment in advance for all such deliveries or terminate any contract forthwith by written notice to the Customer.
(b) Interest shall be calculated daily from the date of invoice of the goods to the date of full and final payment by the Customer for all the goods and shall be payable
upon demand.
(c) Any payment by the Customer shall be credited first against the interest accrued to the date of payment and then against all monies due to Wagner under whatever
account in date order with the invoices for the goods acquired by the Customer earliest in time being paid first.
(d) Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Wagner in recovering any outstanding moneys including debt collection agency fees and costs on a solicitor and
own Client basis shall be paid by the Customer.
3. All payment terms are based on date of invoice, not date merchandise is received.
4. A settlement discount of 1.5% is applicable if the invoice is paid in full within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
(a) Payment date is determined by the postmark date on the envelope accompanying payment.
(b) Settlement discount taken beyond the discount period will not be allowed and will be payable by the Customer.
5. Any departure from the abovementioned payment terms must be authorised in writing by a Director of Wagner.
6. If offered, special terms of payment will be formally defined separately in writing.
GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Effective from 1st April 2016 all prices shown on the accompanying Price List include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
TITLE
1. Title and property of the goods shall remain with Wagner and Wagner reserves the right to dispose of the goods until such time as:
(a) Full payment is made for all amounts owing by the Customer to Wagner so that the Customers total indebtedness to Wagner under these terms and conditions of sale
is discharged; or
(b) The Customer sells the goods to his Customers in the ordinary course of business.
2. If the Customer fails to pay any amount of the Customers total indebtedness to Wagner under these terms and conditions of sale when it is due to Wagner, or in the event of
default as specified in sub-clause (3) hereof occurs Wagner may without notice and without prejudice to any of its other rights and remedies recover and/or re-sell the goods or
any of them and may enter upon the Customers premises by its servants or agents for the purpose.
3.1 Until payment of all debts owing to Wagner (some which may not yet necessarily be due for payment), Wagner may without prejudice to any of its other rights and without prior
notice, re-take and resume possession of any of the goods which remain its property. Wagner servants and agents may enter upon the Customers premises, or any other place
where the goods may be, without liability for trespass or any resulting damage, for that purpose if:
(a) There is any breach of any contract between Wagner and the Customer, or
(b) The Customer takes any action that could result in the Customer being made bankrupt or an arrangement under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 is invoked
against the Customer or the Customer is wound up or is placed under official management, or a receiver, or a receiver and manager, or a voluntary administrator is
appointed in respect of the Customer its undertaking or property or any part thereof, or an encumbrance, by itself or by an agent takes possession of the
Customers undertaking or property or any part thereof; or
(c) The Customer parts with possession of the goods or any of them otherwise than by way of sale to a customer in the ordinary course of its business.
3.2 Wagner may recover the price of the goods by action, and may apply to wind up or bankrupt the Customer, if the goods are not paid for within Wagners usual credit terms,
notwithstanding that property of the goods has not passed to the Customer.
3.3 These provisions apply notwithstanding any arrangements under which Wagner provides credit to the Customer. To the extent there is any inconsistency, these provisions prevail.
4. Until full payment of all amounts owing under these terms and conditions of sale is made by the Customer to Wagner the Customer shall store the goods in a way that clearly
manifests Wagners title to the goods and shall not be entitled to affix or secure onto any premises the goods or any of them.
5. The Customer acknowledges that until its total indebtedness to Wagner under these terms and conditions of sale is discharged it holds the goods as bailee of Wagner and that a
fiduciary relationship exists between them.
6. If the goods or any part of them are mixed with or become part of other goods (new product) then by virtue of the fiduciary relationship between them the Customer agrees with
Wagner that until payment of all amounts owing by the Customer to Wagner:
(a) Wagner has title to the new product; and
(b) the Customer holds the new product as a fiduciary for Wagner.
In the event of the sale of the goods to the Customers customers the Customer in its position as a fiduciary shall:
(a) assign to Wagner the benefit of any claim against a customer; or
(b) hold all proceeds of sale in trust for Wagner and account fully to Wagner for the proceeds of the sale (unless and until the Customers total indebtedness to Wagner
under these conditions of sale are discharged).
7. Notwithstanding sub-clauses of this clause, the right of the Customer to convert or incorporate the goods into a new product or to sell the goods or new product shall cease if:
(a) there is any breach of any contract between Wagner and the Customer; or
(b) the Customer takes any action that could result in the Customer being made bankrupt or an arrangement under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 is invoked
against the Customer or the Customer is wound up or placed under official management, or a receiver, or a receiver and manager, or a voluntary administrator is
appointed in respect of the Customer its undertaking or property or any part thereof, or an encumbrance, by itself or by an agent, takes possession of the Customers
undertaking or property or any part thereof; or
(c) the customer parts with possession of the goods or any of them otherwise than by way of sale to a customer in the ordinary course of its business.
8. The provisions of this clause shall apply notwithstanding any provision of credit to the Customer by Wagner.
