Control of Documents 33-458-7893 Final Draft 10/26/17 Wil E. Coyote

Purpose/Scope: The purpose of this Procedure is to highlight the proper handling and use of
documents in the office. Documents have been mistreated, abused and even burned within the
last month. This is NOT proper office etiquette and we will not tolerate this behavior. From this
point on this procedure will be followed in the case of any handling in documentation.

Procedure

In case of, Secured Files: Secured files will be handled by The Vice President of Operations. Sir
Alec Moonman will handle any files related to Top Priority / High Security.

In case of, Client Files: Client files are to be handled by Jamie Jackson. Jamie will properly
assort files by last name and transaction dates. Also will keep a memorandum referring to first
time files and issue an annual report.

In case of, Employee Files: Employee files are to be handled by Marty McLovin. Marty is in
charge of Employee Health & Safety. Therefore he will handle any files related to Employees of
ACME Corp. Files must have a copy of valid Social Security Card, Employee #, Drivers
License and Moon Cards.

In case of, Sales Files: All sales files will pass through Jamie Jackson. Jamie will inspect each
file and make sure the accounting is correct. After Jamie has reviewed the numbers and made
and changes they will be sent to Sally Sellalot Sally will organize files based off of transaction
dates.
In case of, Manufacturing Files: Manufacturing files are sectioned within Low Priority files.
All Low Priority files are managed by Marty Managgge, Marty will keep them on file through
digital database. These will be accessible to any employee, they can be found in the digital
database portal.

In case of, Technical Files: Technical files will be controlled and reviewed by Tyler Techy.
Tyler has shadowed Trevor Teleporto ensuring that he is suitable for the position. Tyler will
place all technical files in the digital database as well. Technical files are classified as Low
Priority.

In case of, Financial Files: Financial files are lowest priority, they will be controlled by Tommy
Thug. Tommy is back after serving a 7 year term on Moon Mission INC. He learned how to
balance sales in terms of credit / debit. Also Tommy has established our routing and central
banking to London. His cousin Telle Tub has volunteered to review files and adjust any
necessary changes.
