1 tbsp coffee powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vannilla

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
1/3 cup white sugar
1 can Alaska Condensada
1 1/3 cup unsweetened chocolate
3 pieces large eggs
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
PROCEDURE:
1 Preheat oven to 350F. Line the bottom and
sides of an 8x12 rectangular pan with wax/parchment
paper.
2 In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and
iodized salt. Set aside.
3 In a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering
water, combine the butter, condensed milk and
unsweetened chocolate until butter and chocolate are
completely melted. Turn off heat then mix in sugar.
4 Whisk in eggs one at a time.
5 Gently fold in the flour mixture in to the
chocolate mixture until it is smooth. Pour batter evenly
into the pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
6 Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out with just a few crumbs.
7 Let it cool completely. Cut into squares then
serve.
