1. What are some things you accomplished this year that you are proud of including
something you might have tried for the first time?
I was very proud of myself by being able to teach a whole class a specific subject. First, I
asked the students about class rules. After that, I call the students to come on the carpet
to make them enjoy the class we start with some TPR. Pre-activities are what teachers and
students need to do before beginning the lesson. Then I asked the student some question
about the lesson. I explained the teaching and details of new words, describe and pictures.
Also, they could write a sentence. And then I gave each group the materials because they
would learn and know what it if the students understood in the lesson, they would know.
According to McLeod (2008), This is where information is stored visually in the
form of images (a mental picture in the minds eye).
2. Describe the progress that you made towards your PDP goal and show evidence to
support this.
In my goal is implement effective time management strategies. By the end of teaching
practice. I would full lesson plan time in my lesson plan acquit and complete lesson plan. I
would teach grade 1 in the classroom. Also, I want this semester, and I will be good my
lesson plan organization.
In the TP I used organize lesson plan time keep time, follow time and check lesson plan. I
will use a different term such as activities and teach.
Like lesson plan content are learning outcomes are what students are expected to learn
after completing the lesson plan, curriculum alignment, management time is I will specify
minutes and hours, materials( about the lesson), technology resources( computer, data
show), activities, and assessment.
5. What was the most valuable thing you learned this year?
In this year, l improved my teaching. When my MST gave me a book about How to
use strategies in the classroom. I used some strategies in the class, and that was
helpful for me.
I learned the controlling of the student in and out the classroom, and I improve my
relationship with students and teachers.
6. What was the biggest mistake you made this year? How can you avoid making the
same mistake in the future?
In this year, when I explained science lesson to the students. I had three different activity
on three levels which are higher level, middle level, and low level. I gave each group
different activity. The first group was higher level, and I gave just worksheet. The second
group was middle level I gave sheet and object. The third group was a low level object.
But, I faced a problem when the students were come to me and ask me Why do you give
for this?. This is my mistake because I dont know how this solve with students.
In my future, I will use same activity but change.
In my Teaching Practicum, I notice of the student. When the teacher used new words, and
she said a word such as mat and penguin. They didn't know what it means?, After that, I
showed picture or object of the students.
Also, I saw the students that they don't know How different between plus and minus.
When they showed minus, but they think was is mean plus. After that, I help them I
explained each different means, and I asked the student can explain for them.

10. Piaget believed that childrens thinking is very different than adults. What did you
notice about the way your students thought or came up with answers? Can you
relate this to theory?
According to Piaget, when the children are simply less particular thinker than adults, also,
young children think in parallel to adults. (McLeod, 2015).
Preoperational, during this stage, young children can think about something symbolically.
Thinking is still egocentric, and the infant has a problem taking the position of others.
And then understand language and mental image.
For example, I asked a question of the students, what do you think about the Lion? The
answer of the student, the lion, was friendly and it was live in the Zoo. I think that the
student no had knowledge and imagination.
After that, t tell the student about describe the lion. I would show video.
Formal operational, understand through hypothetical and thinking and logical thought.
There are children and adults different thinking.
There are two basic components To Piaget's Cognitive Theory:
1- Schemas.
2- equilibrium, assimilation, and accommodation
