PREFACE
As a required part of the semester7,I did my
internship in Shoppers Stop Ltd, Eureka towers
,9-th oor b-wing link road,Malad
We s t , M u m b a i , M a h a r a s t r a : 4 0 0 0 6 4 .
The contents of the following pages are the result
of researches of my 2 months of internship at
Shoppers Stop.This project describes about the
company (shoppers stop)and the process of
garment production in shoppers stop.Lastly the
document consists of the theme chosen for
Spring Summer 2016 followed by all boards and
lastly the collection fornbrands such as Vf
sports,Vf club,Vf formal,Stop.
I worked under mens wear department for the
inhouse brands of Shoppers Stop such as
Vettorio Fratini,Stop.I also worked for designer
RockyS and helped im their range collection.
Vettorio Fratini has 3 sub category Vf sports,Vf
formals,Vf club.They manufactures t-shirts
,formal shirts,party wear shirts, jackets, coats,
blazers,trousers,shorts and other assessories
such as hats,bone ties,suspenders(which will be
newly introduces in Ss16).They are also
introducing denim pants in Spring Summer
2016.I was rst made to research on the brands
and compare inhouse brands with their
competitive brands such as U.S polo, Allen
Solly,LouisPhilippe, Blackberry.I made a
presentation of the same stating the differences
of inhouse with external brands and founds out
the aws in the inhouse brands of Shoppers
Stop.I collected pictures of best seller of
competivie brands and also for the inhouse
brands.I did graphic designing for T-shirt of
Vettorio Fratini. and ats,style sheets and over
all tech packs of shirts and t-shirts of the same
according to the Theme and mood of Spring
Summer 2016.I also had to deal with the vendors
and despatch the yardages for sampling.Lastly I
helped in making the Rwp of Autumn Winter
2015.
