present and the future of Sysmex Corporation. By securing a place in the list of Worlds most innovative
Companies (according to Forbes 2017) Sysmex has added another golden feather into the its hat and it has lived
up to it till date. Sysmex is a global leader in the field of Hematology. The choice of moving into the In-vitro
Diagnostics by Sysmex has really attracted me towards the company as it is the field that requires upfront
challenges and innovations. It excites me how we can predict a disease before actually it infects the organism, the
research in this field will come as a boon to the humanity. Healthcare is a field which will never go out of the
challenges and the need of innovation, this field requires one to be meticulous in the job and Sysmex being one
of the top performer in the field ensures my inclination towards the company. It is not only the challenging and
innovative work that lures me to work at Sysmex but the zeal to outperform and to get to the apex. Sysmex
preaches globalization by recruiting talents from all over the world. This fills me with enthusiasm to work with
different nationals under one roof and make progress collectively towards a common goal. With its egalitarian
workspace layout Sysmex offers one to think independently and collaborate with the companions. The research
culture at Sysmex encourages employees own research ideas through diffusion, which makes me eager to work
with Sysmex as it shows how much importance Is given to every employee and their ideas in the Sysmex culture.
I want to start my first career abroad, because I have a goal to become a person who can contribute to the
globalization of my home country.

Please tell us why you think you are a suitable candidate to work at Sysmex Corporation, and how
your skillset would be of benefit to the company.

I am pursuing Masters in Thermal and Fluids Engineering (Specialization of Mechanical engineering). I am working
on Computational Flow Anlaysis Over a Corrugated Aerofoil. It is a study based on dragonfly wing which is an
innovative technique to be included in the modern flight technology. My study has helped me to analyze the flow
over/ in objects, which can offer a substantial help in fluid analysis in the field of hematology. I also have
knowledge of Ansys-Fluent (a Computational software) which can help in the flow and thermal visualization of
variety of fluids. Being a thermal engineer helps me to get in a better position to analyze the heat flow problems.
I am a member of Toastmasters international group which is a group where people of different fields come
together to improve their communication and leadership skills, it has helped me a lot to elevate my
communication and leadership skills which are essentials in all verses of the corporate world.
I am a follower of Kaizen and seek continuous improvements in my life on both personal and professional end.
I was a part of organizing a racing event in Tech Fest (an annual event at IIT Bombay), here I used my techno
managerial skills to ensure the smooth flow of the event.
I am an active sports person, and has won two gold medals in Tug of War event, which is a sport in which each
individuals effort is counted exponentially. This shows that I look up to teamwork as an essential ingredient in my
personality and also give my best effort in the process.
I am a health enthusiast. I work out on regular basis which fuels my inclination towards healthcare sector.
Through my demonstration of intellectual curiosity and openness, dedication to growth, team work and
collaboration, to getting the job done right and to being the best member of this team I can possibly be, this is
how I will add value to the company.

In the coming future I would like to see myself on a good technical position in Sysmex, learning from my seniors
and guiding my sub-ordinates while working towards a common goal which is beneficial for Sysmex, my colleagues
as well as me.
