Over the last decade the Prestige Group has firmly established itself as one of South India’s most successful developers of real
estate by imprinting its indelible mark across all asset classes.

Founded in 1986, the Group’s turnover has today grown to Rs.1000 crores. This leap has been driven by the vision of the
leadership team at Prestige, headed by Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Irfan Razack with the support of his brothers
Mr. Rezwan Razack and Mr. Noaman Razack. Not to speak of the next generation of the Razack family that is actively powering the
company’s ambitious growth. While Ms. Anjum Jung has built a successful establishment in Morph Design, Mr. Omer Bin Jung is
responsible for the widely acclaimed Angsana Oasis Spa and Resorts. Mr. Zaid Sadiq oversees Prestige’s public relations affairs; Under
the aegis of Sublime, Ms. Uzma Irfan assumes responsibility for the growing corporate and marketing communication demands
of the Group’s diverse businesses; Mr. Faiz Rezwan currently heads the Procurement Department while also spearheading Prestige
Golfshire, the flagship golf course project; Mr. Saif Ibrahim is at the helm of Prestige Property Management Services (PPMS); and
Ms. Sana Rezwan heads 23 Carat, a luxury retail consulting firm.

With more than 145 developments covering over 27.44 million sft already completed, the Group has 74.4 million sft under
development currently. Using this strong foundation as a launch pad, the Group has already begun to spread its wings across a
wider geography. The future thus promises to be one of continued aggressive growth. Malls on the lines of The Forum, large
townships, tech parks, hotels, luxury villas, and SEZs will dot the skylines of Chennai, Goa, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mangalore and

Mr. Razack Sattar: A Heritage To Live Up To

Mr. Razack Sattar was a man who set an abiding example. He was a true
innovator, a pious, orthodox and farsighted man whose regard for his fellow
beings governed everything he thought, said and did. He knew the value of the
personalized approach, for him it was the right thing to do, as a person who
was concerned for other people’s feelings and places in life. The daily business
of life was important, as is evident from the size of the commercial enterprise
he established, but equally important to him was the establishment of a system
of values by which one could live.

He was born in Bangalore on the 18th of April 1927, one of four brothers.
Their father had moved here from Bombay and set up a business in military
provisions. He studied at St Joseph’s Indian High School and he started Prestige
House For Men in the fifties, tailoring men’s clothing and selling fabric on
Bangalore’s Commercial Street.

During the sixties and the seventies, his sons Irfan and Rezwan initially worked
with Mr. Sattar as the business grew rapidly, apace with Bangalore. Noaman Razack too came to the business to learn at his
father’s side and in all three of them, and their sister Anjum who joined in, was instilled the spark to achieve and to set examples
of their own. All the while, as behind all successful men, there was his ‘better-half ’ Rabia Razack supporting him unstintedly.

Noaman speaks of Mr. Sattar as a loving father who always gave them all the freedom to express their individuality, allowing
them to grow by doing, by risking, by throwing down challenges to themselves. Mr. Sattar knew instinctively when to guide, when
to suggest, and when to foster their efforts by simple encouragement, by just stepping aside. For him family was paramount,
embodying the efficacy of team work, united towards a common goal. But again at the end of the day’s work he also knew the
need for each person to go his or her own way. It was all about balance and harmony, then, as always.

When things became hard, looked bleak, he believed in the restorative power of laughter. When things were good as they often
were, then that was a time to be content, yes, but also to look around and see who else could share in the good times. Above all
he believed in discretion and in doing things without ostentation, away from the spotlight. As gentlemen have always done.

An interesting fact about Mr. Sattar is that he was an ardent tennis player at a time when hardly anyone in the community played
it; he was a frequent visitor to the Cubbon Park tennis courts, where he perfected his game. But that was perhaps typical of him,
the fact that he did things that were unexpected, or did them in a different way, in his own quiet fashion making a difference.
And that is how progress is made, in the way a person works, plays and lives.

His legacy lives on in his children and all that they have created has its origins in the ideals he instilled: the instinct for hard work,
and the respect that his children have for each other and the people they work with, all the qualities that give such endeavours
meaning, effect and endurance.

Irfan Razack, the eldest son of Razack Sattar, is at the helm of the Prestige Group. A born leader, Irfan is blessed with the
acumen to see opportunities where none apparently exist, the courage to take the untrodden path and the determination to see
his vision through to fruition. His leadership acumen received national recognition, when he was declared Professional of the
Year at the Real Estate Excellence Awards 2008. He has been Honorary Secretary of the Al Ameen Educational Society for
17 years, the President of Bangalore Commercial Association (BCA), and the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of
CREDAI, Karnataka for 4 years. He has been a special invitee to the southern regional council of Confederation of Indian
Industries (CII). He is also a sought after panelist for discussions on business and real estate on leading television channels.

While Irfan propels the falcon to soar higher, farther and wider, what sets him clearly apart is his ability to simultaneously bring
his formidable abilities to bear on philanthropic and social causes. A past president of Rotary Midtown, Bangalore, he is still
actively involved in the Club’s activities, and is also a Paul Harris Fellow. Among his many initiatives is the prestigious Rotary
Midtown Prestige Citizen Extraordinaire Award to honour citizens of Bangalore who have contributed to society in a truly
significant way. He has attended a course by the United Nations University International’s Leadership Academy (UNU/ILA)
in Jordan, and now shares his knowledge with budding leaders, both in the Prestige Group and beyond.

A man of many facets, Irfan’s leadership skills have been at the fore right from his youth. As a student leader at St. Joseph’s
College, Bangalore he was the driving force behind many a laurel won by it. In recognition of his achievements the St. Joseph’s
Old Boys Association has honoured him with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Rezwan Razack
Promoter & Jt. Managing Director

Rezwan Razack, second son of Razack Sattar, assumes overall responsibility for Prestige’s Construction and Engineering
activities.

A Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University, his brilliant and analytical mind shapes the construction strategies at
Prestige. He has built a highly motivated Contracting and Engineering team creating an atmosphere for people to effectively
execute their assignments focusing on innovative lifestyle developments. He has worked determinedly with a common vision,
towards constructing aesthetic developments without compromising on quality.

Sharing the family’s strong philanthropic inclination, Rezwan has dedicated himself to co-ordinating the Terry Fox Run - a
fund raising event in aid of cancer research, in Bangalore. He is also a part of the Resident’s Initiative for Safe Environment
(RISE), a movement in Bangalore working towards creating a clean environment. Rezwan is an avid collector of rare and unique
currency notes and is currently completing his research in Indian paper money. He has one of the finest bankable collections
of Indian paper money.

Noaman Razack
Promoter

Noaman Razack is the youngest son of Prestige’s founder, the late Razack Sattar. He is the Managing Director of Prestige
Fashions (P) Ltd. (PFPL), the umbrella organization for all garment-related retail activity. Razack Sattar was a true innovator
and a farsighted man who knew the power of the personal touch, and for Noaman whose role in Prestige began in the early
seventies, the shop was a vital childhood presence. He came to Prestige Fashions prompted by the desire to work with his father
and be a part of the surging, fascinating business of garment retail. Being a people’s person it fell naturally to him to provide
a direction and a face to the male fashion retail arena in Bangalore.

An enthusiastic sportsman, Noaman says from his desk at Prestige The Man Store, “Our growth is really bound up with that
of Bangalore’s. We’ve seen the city transform itself and maybe we’ve helped raise its style quotient while learning so much
ourselves. Our father had a vision of Prestige and its role in Bangalore but I think even he, with all his foresight, couldn’t have
seen how far all this would go. Still, he was the one who took the first step and his ideals and convictions are more meaningful
than ever.”

K. Jagdeesh Reddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Mangalore University and a Master’s
degree in Management from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He is currently
engaged in the transport business and also provides financial consultancy services in relation to private
equity mergers and acquisitions. He has been a member of our Board since November 10, 2009.

B.G. Koshy holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Bombay. He started his career in
1979 with Advani Oerlikon Limited, Bombay and thereafter was associated with Oerlikon-Buhrle AG and
Zurich & Contraves AG, Zurich. He is currently part of several non governmental organizations which
work in the field of communal harmony, civic problems and women’s and children’s rights. He has been a
member of our Board since November 10, 2009.

Noor Ahmed Jaffer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore University.
He started his career with Deepak Cables and then joined Philips India Limited, Bombay. He later co-
founded Paper Packaging Private Limited in Bangalore and set up a Kraft Paper Mill in Shimoga. He is also
a director on the board of Accupak Private Limited, a packaging unit in Bangalore. He has been a member
of our Board since November 24, 2009.

Dr. Pangal Ranganath Nayak

Dr. Pangal Ranganath Nayak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from St. John’s Medical
College and Hospital, Bangalore University. He also holds a Doctor of Medicine degree in General Medicine
and Cardiology and a Diploma from the National Board of General Medicine. He has been Coordinator and
Consultant Cardiologist at the Mallya Hospital, Bangalore. He was also Associate Professor and Head of
Department of Cardiology at St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore and a Fellow in Interventional
Cardiology at the Epworth Hospital, Melbourne, Australia. He has been a member of our Board since
November 24, 2009.

Zackria Hashim
Executive Director (Land Acquisition)

Zackria Hashim completed his schooling at Bishop Cotton’s Boys’ School


Bangalore and his graduation at St.Joseph’s College, Bangalore. He then joined
his father in his retail outlet for audio systems, ‘Radio Center’, and spearheaded
the expansion of the business into electronics. In 1965 he made his first foray into
real estate and soon went into the business on a full time basis. Having closely
partnered with Prestige Garden Developments to sign up several developments
including Prestige Four Seasons, Prestige Obelisk and Prestige Ozone, he finally
joined Prestige’s board as a director during the launch of Prestige Shantiniketan.
Hashim is an avid traveler, a self-confessed foodie and enjoys listening to both
Western and Indian music.

Faiz Rezwan
Executive Director (Contracts & Projects)

Faiz Rezwan, the son of Rezwan Razack, completed his primary and secondary
education in Bangalore from Vidya Niketan and Canadian School of India. He
then finished his Business Management from The King’s College, London. On
returning to India, Faiz underwent rigorous training in the various departments of
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, and made a mark in all aspects of the business.

Faiz was closely involved with, and made signal contributions to, the successful
launch of several flagship developments of the Prestige Group. He also played
a key role in the introduction and handling of major brands at The Forum in
Koramangala and Eva Mall on Brigade Road, and in the formation of Inventure
Academy, which marked the Group’s entry and commitment to the field of
education.

Faiz is currently putting his natural flair for negotiation to use by heading Prestige’s Procurement Department. He is also engrossed
in planning and developing Prestige Golfshire, the Group’s pre-eminent venture that combines a PGA standard golf course
with a 5-star hotel and luxury residences. An avid golfer himself, Faiz is very fond of animals and enjoys adventure sports. His
other interests include computers, sports, social causes such as the Terry Fox Run for raising funds for cancer research, cultural
activities, art, and nature. A fitness and health enthusiast, Faiz is a regular practitioner of yoga and is very active at the gym. His
passion for horse riding drives him to the riding club thrice a week as a routine.

Saif Ebrahim
Executive Director (Prestige Property Management & Services)

Saif Ebrahim was born and schooled in Chennai. He completed his Bachelor
of Business Administration (BBA) from Queensland University of Technology,
Brisbane, Australia in 1999, with a major in ‘International Business’ and a minor
in ‘Marketing’. Upon graduation, he began his career at Sydney at the accounts
department of a hospital, from where he moved to Qantas Airlines as an Analyst
and then to State Street as a ‘fund accountant’ for the valuation of Australian and
International mutual funds. In 2005, midway through his MBA in Finance, at UTS
Sydney, he opted to move to London to take his career forward as an ‘Investment
Management Analyst’ at ‘Barclays Global Investors’. During this time he married
Sana (daughter of Rezwan Razack). Saif then put all this aside to return to India
and work at the Prestige Group, where he assumes responsibility for Property
Management and Services.

He enjoys playing sports like cricket, squash, snooker, chess, and is keen to take up golf. He is passionate about traveling and likes
to read newspapers and magazines such as Economic Times, India Today, Time Magazine, Fortune, GQ and The Economist.

Zaid Sadiq
Executive Director (Liasing & Hospitality)

Zaid Sadiq completed his BA (Hons) Hospitality Management, followed by a


Master of Business Administration (MBA), from Thames Valley University,
United Kingdom. After completing a Hospitality Management diploma (American
Hotel and Lodging Association) from The London Hotel School, he went on to
complete his internship in the Copthorne Tara Hotel, London for a period of one
year. Zaid has five years of rich experience in the FMCG and hospitality sectors in
customer care. Zaid joined the Prestige Group in May 2006 and was incorporated
in the company’s Board as Director in January 2007. He is actively involved in the
public relations affairs of the company including liaising and hospitality. He also
plays a major role in building confidence and good relationships with external and
internal customers and oversees the critical task of building a suitable image and
reputation for the company.

Uzma Irfan
Executive Director (Corporate Communications)

Uzma Irfan, daughter of Irfan Razack, graduated with Honours in Business


Administration, with concentration in Management and a Dual Degree (English
& American), from American Inter Continental University, London.

Having undergone rigorous training in various departments of Prestige and


acquired a keen understanding of the workings of the company as a whole, she
formally took over as Director of Corporate Communications. In this role her
first task was to establish standards and styles for brand Prestige and enshrine
them as the Group’s Brand Manual. Inter alia, she oversees media relations,
participation in various national and international industry awards programmes,
and the concept, design and despatch of the “Falcon News”, the Group’s quarterly
newsletter and also its annual calendar.

Uzma also provides guidance for the Group’s extensive brand building and marketing communication requirements which
span the gamut of above and below the line media, besides the web. Her hobbies include traveling, meeting people, reading,
cooking and event management.

Profiles of a Few Key Senior Executives


T. Arvind Pai, Senior Vice President (Legal), aged 42 years joined our Company on June 1, 1999. He holds a bachelors degree
in commerce and a bachelors degree in law from the Mangalore University. Prior to joining us he was working with the Taj Group as
legal manager for the southern hotels. He has an experience of over 19 years and has been working as the head of the legal department
of our Company for 10 years. He looks after the legal affairs of our Company, supports our land acquisition and development activities
and is responsible for the management of our general contracting and legal processes and documentation.

V. Gopal, Senior Vice President (Project & Planning), aged 46 years joined us on March 23, 1992. He holds a B.E. Civil
Engineering degree from the Bangalore University. He has an experience of over 25 years and has been associated with our Company
for the past 18 years. He is currently the head of the engineering, construction and planning division of our Company and is in charge
of project execution.

Swaroop Anish, Senior Vice President (Business Development), aged 42 years joined us on November 15, 1996. He
holds a bachelors degree in commerce from the Mahatma Gandhi University and also holds a post graduate diploma in international
management from IMI. He has an experience of over 19 years in the real estate industry. He has been associated with our Company
for the past 13 years and is responsible for business development, sales and marketing of our Company.

Asha Vasan, Assistant Vice President (Commercial Sales), aged 37 years joined us on May 4, 1992. She holds a
diploma from the Bangalore University. She has over 17 years of experience with our Company and has served in various
business functions including guest relations, administration, collections, customer relations to sales and marketing and has been
associated with our Company. She is currently the Assistant Vice President- Commercial Sales and Operations. She is responsible
for sales of office and commercial space and resolving customer issues.

Venkata K. Narayana, Chief Financial Officer, aged 30 years joined us on July 1, 2003. He holds a bachelors degree
in commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University and is also a qualified Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant,
costs accountant and ACIS (UK). He has an experience of over 10 years and has been associated with our Company for over
six years and is responsible for the overall finance function of our Company, corporate taxation and planning and corporate
affairs. He was instrumental in introducing private equity investments into the group and for entering into several key strategic
joint ventures.

Nayeem Noor, Vice President (Public Relations), aged 50 years joined us on February 2, 1992. He has an experience of
over 34 years and has been associated with our company for over 19 years. Prior to joining us, he was working with the Aluminium
Etrusion Company in Saudi Arabia. He is currently the head of the department of public relations and liaison and is an interface
between the Company, governmental departments and statutory authorities.

S. Raghunandhan, Chief Executive Officer (Retail), aged 51 years joined us on July 1, 2009. He holds a bachelors degree in
commerce from the Bombay University and post graduate diploma in management from IMI. He has an experience of over 27 years
across various business including hospitality logistics and retail. He is responsible for the retail mall business of the Company.

Morph Design Company
Morph Design Company (MDC), originally set up as an in-house interior design subdivision, has today taken
massive strides to become an independent company managing a diverse mix of residential developments,
clubhouses, resorts and hotels. Morph Design has also expanded its services into the public domain and is
an independent company that handles developments beyond Prestige for external clientele.

MDC specializes in residential and hospitality interiors, and has been responsible for some of Prestige’s most spectacular
interiors. Whether it’s an existing home or a new structure, MDC offers consultation, comprehensive planning and complete
design solutions. The company follows an interactive design process encouraging regular inputs from the client. Throughout the
process the design team uses a number of visual tools - photographs, floor plans, color palette selections, furniture selections,
etc. - to help the client visualize the design direction their home will ultimately take.

To support the company’s interior design services, MDC also has three separate but integrated manufacturing units. The company’s
woodworking unit makes customized furniture - all joinery is designed in-house and manufactured at the woodworking unit.
Morph, the door factory, is the latest addition to MDC. The factory evolved in order to meet the parent company’s growing
need for high quality doors. The state-of-the-art facility manufactures a range of superior doors using the latest machinery
from Italy. MDC’s third unit is Windowcare, which produces custom window dressings.

MDC adopts best practices in interior design from around the world while providing customers with a signature touch to create

Corporate Social Responsibility at Prestige


Great achievements bring greater responsibilities, and at Prestige that’s a reality we would like to be in touch with… always.
This understanding translates into our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Prestige takes its responsibilities as a Corporate Citizen very seriously. Through the Akshaya Patra programme, Prestige has
adopted 568 schoolchildren of the Govt Urdu School at DJ Halli, Bangalore, to provide them hygienically cooked
midday meals daily. The Akshaya Patra Foundation provides these meals through their efficient distribution system to over 5
lakh schoolchildren every day with the support of the Government of Karnataka and a large number of donors. This scheme
encourages the children from the most underprivileged sections of society to attend school, giving them a chance to attain a
better foothold in life than their parents. Prestige, in its own way, is helping to make this happen.

Prestige has also partnered the Public Works Department and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), to improve the
condition of Bangalore’s roads. Most recently, Prestige was involved in the upgradation of Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore
to world class standards (in association with the UB Group), setting a benchmark for the rest of the city. Earlier, Prestige has
also been involved in the building of a 10 km stretch of road in Whitefield, Bangalore and the beautification of a section of
Hosur Road, in Bangalore (in association with the Bangalore Agenda Task Force). We have also put up street furniture, bins,
paved sidewalks and landscaping in that stretch. In fact, similar work done by us on the old Airport Exit Road has won us, one
of the best gardens awards at the Republic Day Horticultural Show at Bangalore.

The Group has also partnered with the Al-Ameen educational institution to assist in its development and beautification.

Prestige has also partnered with St. John’s Hospital, Bangalore for their Vision 20-20 programme and donated vision
testing equipment for use in mobile eye camps conducted in rural areas.

The Prestige Foundation is a charitable trust founded to provide socio economic relief and education to the poor.

Prestige, in association with the Rotary Club, also presents the annual Citizen Extraordinaire Award to citizens of Bangalore
who have made exemplary contributions to its overall growth. Previous recipients of the award include Sri Nandan Nilekani
and Sri SM Krishna among others.

It is this feeling behind the concrete that inspires the company to give back a little something to the community that has given
