Online Activity This is an asynchronous course. The teacher will record a video
discussing force and motion. Also, the different ways force and
motion can be manipulated.

Students will be given the link to the Force and Motion: Basics
simulation. The link given will be the direct link. The students
will not need to make an account or sign in. Each student should
spend about 15-20 minutes on each stage of the simulation. In
the simulation, the students will be able to create and
manipulate the different forces and weights of different objects.
This will show the students what and how certain objects can
impact others.

Once the student spends the 15-20 minutes on the section,

there is an option to screenshot the page.
To do this you:
1. Go down to the bottom right hand corner of the screen
2. Next to the word PHET there will be three bars
3. Students click on that
4. Then click on the option to screen shot
Pedagogy

Students will then post these screenshots onto Blackboard to

submit their work.
