ORDER

The Court having considered the Defendants' motion for summary judgment
and the Plaintiff's response thereto, and the Court having further considered all
of the pleadings and arguments of the parties, the Court finds that there is no
genuine issue as to any material fact and that the Defendants are entitled to a
judgment as a matter of law. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that judgment
is entered in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiff as to all claims set
out in the Plaintiff's complaint. As this order addresses all of the claims herein as
to all of the parties, this order shall be considered a final order. The costs of this
action are taxed as paid.
