Services o Hamilton County YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter Shelters up to 72 adults and children Case management, advocacy and referral 24-hour crisis hotline including TTY services and an International Language Line Services for immigrant women Employment Resource Program Children's Program Pet protection services o Hamilton County Transitional Housingthe YWCA offers short- and long-term housing and support for adults and their children who have moved beyond an emergency phase and are making the transition to independent living. Transitional housing and services are available for clients leaving the YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter 29 furnished and unfurnished apartments for adults and children for 6-24 months Advocacy and case management Employment Resource Program Support and aftercare services o Batterers Intervention Transform It is designed for men who have histories of causing harm by abusing their intimate partners. Transform is not group therapy. It is primarily an educational and informational program. Participants may be court ordered to attend, referred by other agencies or self-referred. The client referral source schedules an initial assessment to determine the most appropriate group placement. Completed Referral Information Sheet must be received one week in advance of date client is scheduled for assessment.
