rented house of meridien vista gaming corp at said place used as gambling outlet.
According to the owner of the house it was abandoned 2 days ago. Inventory, markings

place. HOW: Personnel of Sanhez Mira conducted operation against illegal gambling
activities at brgy Namuac particularly at Sitio Minanga, Sanhez Mira Cagayan. Said
operation resulted to the arrest of the suspect who is actually collecting bets at said
place and confiscated on his direct possession and control are the following ; papelitos,
ballpen and bet money amounting to P290.00. Suspect was brought to Sanchez Mira
PS for further investigation and preparing the necessary documentary for referral to the
prosecutors office.
