theycometogether,orwhetheritoccurstothemafterwardsisnotmaterial.Butitisnecessarythat
theobjectshouldbecommontothepersonswhocomposetheassembly,thatis,thattheyshould
allbeawareofit.Itseemsalsothattheremustbesomepresentandimmediatepurposeofcarrying
into effect the common object . It is also an example of constructive liability . In order to prove
commonobject,itisnecessarytoestablishconnectionbetweenthosewhotakeanactivepartinthe
