dependency on external agencies. This 3-Day certificate course equips participants with the knowledge and skills

7. Provide professional feedback to candidates/ stakeholders about the results in selection, screening or development contexts

He has vast experience as a fighter pilot in the Air Force, Leadership Trainer and Pilot Aptitude Test (PABT) Assessor
in Air Force Selection Board. He is certified in a large number of tools like MBTI, Hogan, MAPP and 15FQ+ etc.
