The Effects and Causes of Stress

Nowadays, in our daily life, it seems that everyone is faced with unprecedented

stress. The cause is working with unhappy, interpersonal tensions, children's

education, etc. These can make our stress bigger. We have experienced stress, feel the

stress, the stress to resolve, wake up every day had to get along with the stress. A

certain degree of stress to maintain the work of life passion, enterprising, better to

complete the task, no doubt has a positive role in promoting. However, too much or

too long stress will seriously damage the health, and even step by step to destroy our

body. There are many reasons for stress. The causes of stress include life stress and

work stress, but those stress also affects our body, mood, and behavior.

There are many causes of stress, especially work causes. According to article

Causes of Stress, the author said that "Everyone has different stress triggers. Work

stress tops the list, according to surveys. Forty percent of U.S. workers admit

experiencing office stress, and one-quarter say work is the biggest source of stress in

their lives." There are many causes of work stress, such as work unhappy, the job

burden is heavy, or the responsibility is too long, and the working time is long.

Sometimes, find their work is not liking, work is not happy is a big reason. Maybe
they will put themselves in the wrong position and find that they are not suitable for

their work. The second point is that when we work in the process, found out with their

colleagues out of tune, there is no friendly relationship with colleagues, so that the

stress on these people, so these are the causes of the stress.

As I have noted, we already know that there are many reasons for stress. But we do

not know how stress affects us. In fact, stress can affect our ability to exercise. Stress

can affect your ability in two different ways. If you can reasonably regulate stress,

stress can help you to be more alert, motivated and gain a competitive edge. However,

if you are negative, too much stress or stress can lead to performance anxiety, which

can seriously hurt your body during exercise and cannot relax, be confident and focus

on competition. According to the article Stress, Exercise, and Performance A theory

of motivation was introduced in 1943, claiming that if an athlete has the right skills.

Their performance will be better if their competitive drivers are motivated or

exasperated. In 1962, the inverted U hypothesis formed the notion that athletes will

have the best amount of wake-up. However, if this arousal level passes, the level of

performance will decline. The same happens when the level of arousal is below the

optimal level. "which means that if an athlete takes stress as a bad thing, they deal

negatively with the stress and feel uneasy, but if they stress Motivation, will do better,

so no matter how much stress we are experiencing or how much we affect, we all

have to treat it in a good or positive state, and need to Turn pressure into motivation,

so that we can make It gets better.

Similarly, stress also affects mental health. In everyday life, we always have some
bad emotions. When you feel sad, angry or troubled, you are more likely to become

stressed and excited if you do not know how to calm down and soothe yourself. Such

as family conflicts, we may not be able to solve the problems around, causing more

stress. When someone is under chronic stress, it begins to negatively affect his or her

physical and mental health. The body's stress response was not made to be

continuously engaged. According to Article Physical and Mental Signs of Stress in

reaction to something in your environment, short-term stress can affect your body in

many ways. Such as that worrying and feeling anxious (which can sometimes lead to

anxiety disorder and panic attacks), When the big stress coming, it will affect our

emotions, and Depression makes us anxious and uneasy. The second is feeling

overwhelmed. when the stress is big. We will not know how to do, causing us to feel

overwhelmed. So, the stress conference made our mood worse.

On the other hand, stress also affect our body and sleep. According to Article

Stress Symptoms: Effects on your body and behavior, "Stress symptoms may be

affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. You may think illness is to

blame for that nagging headache, your frequent insomnia or your decreased

productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit." These work stress and

life stress will still affect our body. it will make us more tired, when we are stressing

something, we need to focus on it and do it well, we always feel tired when we have

been focused on something. The second effect is that sleep problems when we have a

big stress, the stress affects our emotions and thoughts, and we will concentrate on

thinking, a high concentration of thought leads us to sleep without normal sleep.

In conclusion, I have mentioned some several cause and effects of stress, which are

the stress of life, the stress caused by the family, and how stress affects our body,

mood and behavior, and those causes will make our emotions low by stress. Stress

makes our body worse, depressed, behavior out of control and so on. So I suggest that

when the stress is large, we can pass some way to reduce our stress, keep the habit of

exercise, plenty of sleep and healthy eating, of course, relax is the most important

because we more relax and we will not feel The presence of stress.
