BE IT ENACTED BY THE MORRISON CONGRESS

SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1) About 44 million people in this country have no health insurance, and another
38 million have inadequate health insurance (1)
2) President Trump tries to kill ACA (2)
3) Some procedures are covered and some arent (3)

SECTION 2: Purpose
To promote all coverage of medical bills with national health insurance, except for
newly trial drugs.

SECTION 3: General Provisions
Right now a lot of people are not living with health insurance in America. Without

health insurance, the medical bills stack up exponentially. Procedures arent all

covered in the health insurance. People who paid for insurance didnt choose to

get the sickness is outside of the coverage. Without the coverage, it is going to
cost a life saving for a more severe condition. To promote a national health care
is to price medications and procedures at a cheaper price, the citizens will only
have to pay a certain percentage of their salary.
Statistically, medical bills is one of the three main reasons why people go bankrupt in
the United States. Therefore, to set up a flexible payment dependent on the
salary is beneficial to the citizens. The insurance companies have been making
too much profit from not giving insurance to patients, they most likely will deny
their filing for insurance. Insurance companies make too much money from the
low risk and high return. Americans cannot rely on insurance companies, need a
National Health Care Act to ensure the wellbeing of our citizens.
It is negative for the economy is people arent paying the bills to the hospitals.
Hospitals need to make profit in order to sustain. In order to ensure they make
profit, the payment for procedures and treatments are really high. This is a
negative cycle for the economy and health care.
With this NHCA, citizens will pay a percentage of their salary as their fee. Whenever
they get sick, theyll go to the hospital with this NHCA card and will be able to
seek treatments at no cost.
