Yeah, I completely agree. I couldn't really figure out where I would put FDR as far as a leadership style.

I
choose to focus on a few of his traits instead of trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. Without a
doubt, the man had some great skills and fortunately, he was in the right position at the right time.
However, he really showed several different styles of leadership depending on when you look at him, pre
or during WWII. If you get a chance or have an interest, he also had some really interesting flaws. He
was over confident. He cheated on his wife. He was a Democrat first and towed the party line over the
good of the people.
