Prior to starting fulltime degree course I worked full time as a supervisor and

staff training, maintaining staff records, liaising and planning within the organisation.

Successfully redesigned Premier Coffees fraud detection procedures.
HND Dissertation was based on improving staff retention at Starbucks.
