Why does visualization sometimes fail? The following are a few of the
reasons or causes:
The person may not have reached a very relaxed state of mind and body.
The image of the problem and solution may not be very clear.
He may be distracted during the process, or his mind may wander. For
visualization to succeed, one needs to have complete focus or attention.
Belief will help, but it is not absolutely necessary for visualization to work.
As long as the person does not actively question or argue what is being seen
in the mind, it does not matter whether he/she believes in it or not. I have
had many students who were even laughing at the technique yet were
nevertheless healed of their ailments. You can, too.
