hereby declare my nonacceptance of the certain Deed (Trustees Deed Upon Sale) from CALIFORNIA TD SPECIALIST,
Grantor to 20 CAP FUND I, LLC, Grantee recorded October 12, 2017, Recorder Number 2017-666666 in public record
book n/a, page n/a, in the Official Records of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.

The aforementioned property located in Los Angeles County and is Assessors Parcel Number xxx sss-001-8 said property
is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 196 Tract 584, State of California, as per Map Recorded in Book 9000, Page 38, 39 and 40 Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of Said County;

The TRUSTEES DEED UPON SALE was created by a third-party debt collector with the use of counterfeit documents on
a debt that was discharged by a Chapter 7 Bk in 2011, a time-barred debt, hereby not accepted and moved to be rescinded
from public record; Due to said third party debt collectors collaboration of 20 CAPITAL FUND, LLC action with intent to
steal is criminal act. Whereby FCI Lender Services; CALIFORNIA TD SPECIALIST and 20 CAP FUND I, LLC with
knowledge and intent of deception, to steal real estate title from said estate with the use of counterfeit documents to claim
right of possession of unsecured debt, is a felony.

The right of ownership and all rights of possession of said equitable title is to ESTATE NAME (BIRTH CERTIFICATE)
[ESTATE] security instrument Holder of Original Instrument pursuant to UCC 1-201(b)(21)(A);

This is a public notice of a felony of the named parties act in bad faith with knowledge and intent to deceive the public,
