APOSTLES CREED
Anointing of the Sick which, in serious illness,
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and
earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was
buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose
again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand
of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the
dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the
communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection
of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
OUR FATHER
Our Father, Who art in heaven Hallowed be Thy Name; Thy
kingdom come, Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not
into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
HAIL MARY
Hail Mary, full of grace. Our Lord is with you. Blessed are you
among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
O MY JESUS
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell,
lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who have the most
need of your mercy.
The Chief Commandments of the Church
1. You shall attend Mass on Sundays and on holy days
of obligation.
2. You shall confess your sins at least once a year.
3. You shall receive the sacrament of the Eucharist at
least once during the Easter season.
4. You shall observe the days of fasting and abstinence
established by the Church.
5. You shall help to provide for the needs of the

10 COMMANDMENTS
1. I am the Lord your God, You shall have no other

7 SACRAMENTS
Sacrament of Christian Initiation:
1. Baptism cleanses us from original sin, makes us
Christians, children of God,heirs of heaven and
members of the Church.
2. Confirmation by which we receive the Holy Spirit,
to make us strong and perfect Christians, and
soldiers of Christ.
3. The Holy Eucharist is the true Body and Blood of
Jesus Christ, together with His Soul and Divinity,
under the apperances of bread and wine.
Sacraments of Healing:
4. Penance is a sacrament whereby the sins,
whether mortal or venial, which we have commited
after baptism are forgiven.
