The conceptual knowledge acquired by management students is best manifested in the projects
and training they undergo. As a part of curriculum of MBA, I have got a chance to undergo
practical training in Human Resource at (Glassco). The present project give a perfect vent to my
understanding of the Human Resource specially the most modern concept of Human Resource
specially the most modern concept of Human Resource policies and organization behaviour.
The project report entitled Analysis of Employees Relation with Employer is based on
relationship of employees at Glassco Laboratory Equipment Pvt. Ltd.

The report will provide all the information regarding the Analysis of Employees Relation With
Employer.
I also hope that this report will be beneficial for my next batches and for those who are related to
this topic.
