Remember you should ideally do 3 sessions a day, but if you can't fit all 3 in, do 2 if you cant
do 2 do 1 - do what you can.
Remember to get the ok or supervision of a doctor before you begin a health program.
Just put a check in each box as you start, so if you do 3 sessions do 3 checks/ticks.
