DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Raw mill drying chamber door opened for fixing 01 nos diaphragm bolt. All existing
diaphragm bolts tightness checked.

Raw Mill Shut-down maintenace, following work attended--------------

1) Main drive motor base bolt & fdn bolts tightening done,
2) Main G/B base & fdn bolts tightening done,
3) Aux. drive set up all bolts tightness done,
4) Torsion shaft both side grease replenishment done and bolt
tightening, 5) Pinion base & fdn bolts tightening work done.

Raw mill hot air re-circulation duct modification work (Project Work) done as per need of
Plant head to enhance the out-put of raw mill. Fabrication and fixing of new damaper 75
mm dia to the modified duct.

Raw mill inlet trunion mounting flange all bolts ( M20x75 mm Grade 8.9 = 12 Nos.)
replacement & required bolt tightening work done.

Raw mill inlet fresh air damper repairing and re-installation work done.

Raw mill girth gear grease barrel has been replaced by new grease barrel.

Raw mill all shell liner and diaphragm bolts tightening work done.

Raw mill inlet trunion mounting flange bolts total = 07 nos broken and all these bolts
replacement & required bolt tightening work done.

Raw mill inlet trunion mounting flange bolts total = 03 nos broken and all these bolts
replacement & required bolt tightening work done.

Raw mill girth gear grease barrel has been replaced by new grease barrel at morning 07:45
AM.
Raw mill diaphragm liner bolts 03 nos. fixing and tag welding work done. Diaphragm liner
bolts tighteness done.
Raw mill grinding chamber liner bolt 01-no fixing and bolt tightening work done.
Raw mill inlet trunion mounting flange all bolts tighteness done and 01 no bolt has been
replacement & required bolt tightening work done.

Raw mill girth gear guard sealing felt arrangement slipped from the position, re-fixing work
done. Also the bolts for grinding chamber door tightening done fixing with gland rope.

Bag house inlet draft point which was changed from original position to a new point for
process point of view. But due to draft problem it again set to the original position.

Bag house chamber no-8 all bags inspection done and damaged 95 bags has been
replaced by new one.
Bag house chamber no-5 all bags inspection done and damaged 50 bags has been
replaced by new one.
Bag house chamber no-6 all bags inspection done and damaged 105 bags has been
replaced by new one.
