Nicole was constantly looking for ways to expand her knowledge in her practicum or seminars, In her practicum she took on a ‘variety of classroom situations and constantly challenged herself to push the envelope in the classroom. Her willingness to try a variety of experiences defines her developing identity as a teacher. She asked for challenges and took them head on. She is well organized and a good communicator. Nicole demonstrated an inquiring spirit and wilingness to improve. She continues to work on classroom management as all fst year student teachers. Her abil to reflec, analysis and se correct willbe her strengths. General Comments: Nicole is a very enthusiastic student teacher. She not only asks questions to drive improvement but does it in a professional manner. All discussions in seminar or practicum were driven by what is best for students, Nicole constantly challenged herself in her Practicum but always in a considerate manner for students and teachers. The greatest compliment an ED 2500 student can receive in their practicum is when teachers and administrators see them as stronger contributors than the intems in their schools. Nicole ‘accomplished this. I would strongly recommend Nicole for the Faculty of Education.
