Work content:
Ensure the appropriate framework and buildup of predictive modelling algorithms / tools.
Ensure the end results are clear, well visualized, well supported by analysis, are complete, non-
ambiguous, and delivered on time and in full.
Be a real result-driven Data Cruncher willing to learn new techniques, methods, tools, able to
quickly find required information and develop models.
Ensure a proper translation of business needs to the data and models, and from outcomes into
actionable insights that top-level management will seamlessly interpret.

5. Job Requirements
Masters degree in (applied) mathematics, statistics, econometrics, informatics,
business administration from a premier institute.
Total 7-10 years of broad and deep statistical domain experience into advanced
analytics space.
5-8 years of experience in statistical programming languages like R, Python.
4-6 years of experience in visualizing data/models using visualization tools like
Spotfire, Tableau, QlikView.
Knowledge of and practical experience in quantitative / predictive modelling using
techniques such as Time Series, Regression Analysis and Drivers based Modelling.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including
ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.
Being a proactive person, willing to learn and develop yourself.
Being a result-oriented team-player who is able to convince people based on facts.
Solid approach to convert a Business Problem into Analytical problem and providing
Analytical Solutions.
Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze, organize, summarize, present, and
articulate complex processes and enabling data based decision making.
Able to prioritize and work with multiple internal customers & stakeholders across
multiple geographies.
Highly self-driven, result-oriented and motivated with strong can-do mentality to
accomplish business goals.
Excellent Excel knowledge (power-user) incl. VBA.
Knowledge of SAP (including Business Warehouse/Business Objects) is preferred.
Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM) is preferred.
Experience in Change Management & Problem Solving Methodologies in a
finance environment is preferred.
