Distribution Policy: We want to ensure Carhartt Gloves are sold by
approved retailers and only to the ultimate consumer. This applies to
closeout and irregular products, as well as first- quality merchandise.
We do not sell products to purchasers who accumulate, or assist in the
accumulation of, Carhartt Gloves for resale. If goods supplied to you by
Carhartt are transferred from an approved location to an unapproved
location, we reserve the right to terminate our business relationship.
It is the policy of Carhartt Gloves to provide our products exclusively to
authorized and approved specific locations. We require retailers who
are changing location, changing ownership, opening a new retail location
or growing through an acquisition of another company to obtain written
approval from Carhartt Gloves in order to initiate shipment of goods
to the new entity. Carhartt Gloves reserves the right to terminate
our business relationship upon violation of or deviation from the
aforementioned policies.
Warranty: Carhartt Gloves is committed to offering the finest
workwear products and customer service available. We stand behind
the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all our products. We
use only the finest materials and apply strict quality control standards
to each and every glove we sell. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction
with each purchase and provide you with the best possible service for
years to come.
Carhartt Gloves will cover premature failure of any of our products
caused by a defect in the original materials or workmanship. Carhartt
Gloves has the right to replace any damaged merchandise at its option
and expense.
Credit Approval: All orders are subject to acceptance by Gordini USA,
Inc. in order to better serve our customers. Gordini USA, Inc. reserves the
right to cancel an order based on an inability to obtain credit approval
or make payment arrangements within a defined period of time.
Freight: Canadian orders are F.O.B. Cowansville, QC
U.S. orders are F.O.B. Essex Junction, VT
Payment: Terms: Net 60 days from invoice date
Deductions: Carhartt Licensee Gordini USA, Inc. does not accept any
unauthorized invoice deductions.
Disputes: In the event of a disagreement, we require written
notification with supporting documentation. This notification must be
received within 6 months of the dispute.

Claims: Claims for shipments on merchandise damaged or lost in
transit are to be filed against the carrier by purchaser. Our shipments
are carefully audited for accuracy, however, should you find it
necessary to request a claim, contact our Customer Service Department
at 1-877-477-2281. Please specify reason, order number, style
number, size and quantity. Carhartt Licensee Gordini USA, Inc. reserves
the right to deny claims not filed on a timely basis.
All Claims must be made within 90 days of invoice date.
Returns: Products returned for credit or replacement are subject
to inspection and approval by our Return Department. Items not
approved will be returned
and no credit or replacement issued. Returns will not be accepted
without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return
Authorization Number, contact customer service at 1-800-467-3464.
Please be prepared to provide style numbers, sizes, reason for
requesting return, quantity and the original invoice number, purchase
order number, or order confirmation number. Return Authorization
Numbers are only valid for 30 days on the items specified. Carhartt
Licensee Gordini USA, Inc. does not allow for handling fees. A
restocking fee of 15% may apply under certain circumstances. Cartons
containing returns may not weigh more than 40 lbs.
