12 On November 13, 2017, Plaintiff Lininger (Plaintiff) filed a motion for reconsideration.

13 ECF 33. Pursuant to this Districts Civil Local Rule 7-9(a), a motion for reconsideration may not

14 be filed without first obtaining leave from the court. The Court has reviewed Plaintiffs motion

15 and treats it as a motion for leave to file her motion for reconsideration. As such, the Court grants

16 leave for Plaintiff to file her motion for reconsideration and sets a briefing schedule below.

17 The Court directs defendants to file a response to Plaintiffs motion for reconsideration

18 (ECF 33) on or before December 8, 2017. Plaintiff may file a reply by December 15, 2017. The

19 Court will take the matter under submission without oral argument.

20 In the order granting Defendants motion to dismiss, the Court set a deadline for Plaintiff

21 to file an amended complaint by November 28, 2017. ECF 32 at 12. That deadline is vacated, and

22 the Court will set a new date after ruling on the motion for reconsideration.
