A man's language is a reflection of the kind of person he is, the level of

education he has attained and index to the behavior that maybe expected from

him.

I believe this quote implies on how man can be reflected through the words he uttered
or the kind of language he use even in a non-formal conversation. And I agree with what
it says, because Ive met different people in my life already, Ive been in different
situations with diverse people involved and of course I did see the differences. One can
be distinguished from the other through the way he or she treated the other people, a
stranger, a colleague, a friend or way below him or her. For example, there is a difference
between a humble person and a proud one that all of us could nod in agreement. Of
course, one difference is the use of words that one could just hide it but the other would
brag about it. There is also a difference between an educated man and the man who
finished a formal education and a bachelor graduate. In every situation, an educated
man knows how to act the right way and what must have come out first in his mouth.
There is so much expectation from other people around him/her; the expected
responses, the rebuttal of an argument, and on how to simply show the attitude he/she
deserved to have as an educated one. As I was emphasizing, there is always a difference
and that inconsistencies is seen through the appropriateness and rightful usage of
language in any circumstances and in any way possible.

If culture can affect the structure and content of its language then it follows

that linguistic diversity derives in part from cultural diversity.

I believe that the existence of culture comes before the existence of language. In the
real world language and culture is inseparable and both influenced each other.
Language determines how people in that society think; how they process their thought
and react with the situations, how they deal with other people with different culture and
the like. Through that language influences the culture and that would also influence the
perception of the world about their living culture. Lets say for example in the Filipino
context where people have diverse culture with linguistic diversity index.
