From the workstation the following command:

HMLD
This will display the linked devices

Note: only 3 devices can be configured for the Focalpoint Session, if there is a second printer e.g. a laser printer
, the device must be delinked and linked

To remove (delink) all devices, use the following command:

HMLM/DELINK

INVALID : NO LINKAGE

Creating the Devices: (ticket printer, Itinery printer, Mir)

Creating the Ticket printer device:


Command: HMLMGTIDDT (Help Me Link Machine GTID end with a DT)

Configuring the Mir device


Command: HMLMGTIDDA
Example: HMLMC5B628DA
Note, the device does not have to be formatted; you just need to up the device. NB*** If you are unable to create
the mir device and you receive an error, you will need to contact the Galileo Customer Call Centre. This may be
because the device has not been configured in the AAT table, the Call centre can be contacted on 0800 110 747
(or 011 620 5000)

Up the Mir device

In this example, the C5B5FE is the Focalpoint session

Check if a Mir output GTID exists on the AAT (If you cant create a Mir device)

Link all devices concurrently


To link all the devices with one command use the following command:
HMLMGTIDDT/GTIDDI/GTIDDA

Test the Itinerary session

This will send the Agency file (MAR Master Account Record) to the session, configured as the ITIN printer

If the agents are unable to issue e-tickets, the HMET entry will show you if the correct GTID is configured

Find out which PCC the GTID is linked to
