financial status of the organization, as well as providing information to project
us into the future , and that in this activity I take part for my academic training

3. What strategies have you implemented for the logistics process?
The dairy company has established that the exclusive logistics strategy is the
most appropriate strategy of the organization, since this strategy limits the
number of points of sale only to our product and to no other. The company
will be in charge of managing, subcontracting or outsourcing all activities that
encompass logistics. This includes the organization and management of all
activities aimed at obtaining, transferring and storing raw materials and
products from their acquisition to suppliers, until their subsequent distribution
to customers and consumers (including the purchase process, inventory
management, transportation, service to the client, storage or treatment of
products).
4. How do you think customer satisfaction is with respect to your
company?

It's good, why? The company uses an appropriate strategy, there is a formal
planning of the management indicators and also the level of compliance is
satisfactory. There are some deficiencies, as indicated in the previous table,
but work is being done to improve the quality of customer service by
improving information technologies and strengthening the image of our
products through the implementation of human resources and technology in
the processes.

If there are levels and compliance policies.

There are optimal levels of customer service.

There is a good capacity to respond to all the problems of Measurement.

The performance indicators for the organization are correct.

What is servuccion and what is it used for?
It is the systematic and coherent organization of all the physical and human
elements of the client-company relationship necessary to carry out a service
provision whose commercial characteristics and quality levels have been
determined.
The concept was created in 1987 by two French professors who note that in
Spanish there is no definition of production of a service: Pierre Eiglier and
Eric Langeard.
The word comes from the union of the prefix Service Serv, and the suffix
Action of production and denotes the process of manufacturing a service,
equivalent to the production that is the process of making a product.
Its essence is to define, first, the service you want to give and for what type of
client; and from here you can establish what kind of physical supports are
needed and what personnel will establish contacts with the client so that,
finally, the organizational system that ensures the proper functioning of the
method can be created, all considering the organization as a system of
manufacturing a service. The concept of servuccion provides a particular
vision of the management of organizations, referred to as the service
production system, that is, the visible part of the organization in which the
services are produced, distributed and consumed.
