Present continuous (presente continuo):

Expresa acciones en progreso o que tienen una duracin. Tambien puede expresar futuro si le
agregamos una expresin de tiempo indicando futuro (e.g. They are going to the hospital
tomorrow)

Formula: subject + form of to be + v-ing

she is running /she isnt running

They are moving/ they arent moving
