ESTABLECIMIENTO DE SALUD SANDIA, DISTRITO DE
SANDIA - PROVINCIA DE SANDIA- REGIN PUNO.

1 GENERALIDADES.

1.1 ANTECEDENTES.

El Ministerio de Salud, ha dispuesto que PARSALUD II, llevar a cabo la

elaboracin del Proyecto de Pre Inversin del establecimiento del hospital de
Sandia; proyecto denominada MEJORAMIENTO DE LA CAPACIDAD
RESOLUTIVA DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE SALUD SANDIA,
DISTRITO DE SANDIA - PROVINCIA DE SANDIA- REGIN PUNO.
Con el fin de resolver algunos problemas y brindar una adecuada atencin a la
demanda de servicios de salud de mediana complejidad; se determin la
necesidad de mejorar los servicios de salud del Hospital de Sandia; para ello
realizamos nuestro levantamiento topogrfico.

Anteriormente no se ha realizado ningn tipo de levantamiento topogrfico

puesto que no se logr encontrar en terreno los puntos de control o BM; que
indiquen que realizaron trabajos de topografa.

1.2 OBJETIVO.

El presente estudio tiene por objetivo el levantamiento Topogrfico del terreno

nuevo del hospital Sandia, rea construida, identificar las zonas donde se ubica
los servicios bsicos. Estructuras existentes y la colocacin de puntos de control
de coordenadas absolutas, para el estudio del Proyecto, con el fin de conocer
su situacin actual y proyectar los correctivos inmediatos.

1.3 UBICACIN Y ACCESIBILIDAD.

1.3.1 UBICACIN.

El Terreno Nuevo denominado Hospital Sandia para el perfil del proyecto

se ubica en:

Provincia Sandia
Distrito Sandia
lugar Comunidad campesina Quiaca Ayllu
sector Chirihuaya
El nuevo terreno asignado para la estudio del hospital de Sandia, se encuentra
ubicada de la plaza central de sandia a una distancia de 2700m al nor este, y
ha 10 min de la plaza central; en la comunidad campesina Quiaca Ayllu-
sector Chirihuaya.

El distrito de Sandia, se encuentra ubicado en la provincia de Sandia, Region

de Puno, Regin Natural de la Sandia (ceja de selva); Limita al norte con
la Provincia de Tambopata (Departamento de Madre de Dios), al este con
Bolivia, al sur con la Provincia de San Antonio de Putina y al oeste con
la Provincia de Carabaya.

y se extiende sobre una superficie cuya altitud promedio es de 2100 m.s.n.m.

se encuentra a 272km de la capital del departamento de puno ( 9 horas) y a
212km de la cuidad de juliaca.

1.3.2 ACCESIBILIDAD

El acceso al nuevo terreno designado para la estudio del establecimiento de

salud del distrito Sandia; desde el centro del distrito (plaza principal), es a
travs de la va principal Sandia-Juliaca (va asfaltada),para continuar luego
por el desvio que lleva a la comunidad campesina de Quiaca Ayllu ( va
afirmada), haciendo un recorrido total de 2700m hacia el nuevo terreno.

1.4 DESCRIPCION DEL TERRENO.

El terreno tiene forma polgono irregular de veintitrs lados, el terreno natural

cuenta con andenes, con desniveles de terreno ondulado que presenta pendiente
de 1 a 13 %.

En l cuadro presentamos la diferencia del levantamiento topogrfico del Terreno

nuevo realizado con la ficha registral N 11125950 ver anexos:

Considerando la resolucin N 03-2008- SNCP/CNC la tolerancia catastral

urbano es de 1% por lo tanto la diferencia de reas que se tiene es de 0.006%
por lo cual cumple la tolerancia catastral con dicha resolucin N 03-2008-
SNCP/CNC.

1.5 DESCRIPCION DE EDIFICACIONES EXISTENTES

VIVIENDA. Cuenta con Un niveles; material adobe y techo de

calamina.
DOS ESTABLOS. Cuenta con un nivel; material de abobe y techo de
calamina.

1.6 ESPECIFICACIONES TECNICAS DE LOS EQUIPOS EMPLEADOS

Los equipos topogrficos son los instrumentos utilizados en todo trabajo

topogrfico como son: Estacin Total, GPS 60 Garmin, Nivel de ingeniero,
Distanciometro de los cuales se hace referencia a continuacin:

1.6.1 ESTACION TOTAL

Una de las grandes ventajas de levantamientos con estacin total y replanteos

es un equipo de precisin al milmetro, su registro de datos es automtico,
eliminando los errores de lectura, anotacin, transcripcin y clculo; ya que
con estos equipos la toma de datos es automtica (en forma digital) y los

 clculos de coordenadas se realizan por medio de programas de computacin
incorporados a dichas estaciones, es por eso que mencionadas estaciones ya
nos entregan la base de datos procesados en coordenadas, de los puntos
tomados en el terreno. Estos datos son archivados en formato ASCII para
poder ser ledos por diferentes programas de topografa, diseo geomtrico, y
edicin grfica.

Para los trabajos de levantamiento topogrfico se usaron:

02 equipos de Estacin Total TOP COM modelo GTS 236 NW. Accesorio
completo Exactitud 6 precisin angular 2mm +1ppm en distancimetro.

1.6.2 GPS NAVEGADOR.

GPS 60 Garmin es un instrumento topogrfico que sirve para obtener

Sistemas de Coordenadas UTM Datum WGS84.

Para los trabajos de Georreferenciacin o ubicacin de punos ya establecidos

se usaron. GPS 60 marca Garmin, equipos de radio comunicacin y
accesorios complementarios.

1.6.3 DISTANCIOMETRO

Es un instrumento electrnico de medicin que calcula la distancia desde el

dispositivo hasta el siguiente punto al que se apunte con el mismo. Existen 2
tipos de acuerdo a su mtodo de medicin: snicos y por lser. Los primeros
utilizan ultrasonido para calcular la distancia y los segundos un rayo lser
visible en nuestro caso utilizamos el segundo para las respectivas medidas.

1.6.4 NIVEL DE INGENIERO.

El nivel de ingeniero, es un instrumento que tiene como finalidad la medicin

de desniveles entre distintos puntos que se hallan a distintas alturas y en
distintos lugares.

1.6.5 PERSONAL DE TOPOGRAFIA.

Para los trabajos de levantamiento topogrfico se realiz con el siguiente

recurso humano:

01 topgrafos (operadores de Equipos Estacin Total)

01 Arquitecta
03 personales de apoyo (porta prismas).

1.7 METODOLOGIA EMPLEADA.

Para los trabajos de levantamiento topogrfico se ha considerado dos puntos

geodsicos (IGN) Con cdigos: SND5, SND6 (adjuntos en Anexos), puntos
geodsicos obtenido de Instituto Geogrfico Nacional.

1.7.1 TRABAJO DE CAMPO.

1.7.1.1 RECONOCIMIENTO DEL REA DE ESTUDIO.

Como primer paso en el levantamiento topogrfico se

realiz una inspeccin visual de todo el terreno, a travs de
un reconocimiento realizado a pie y que sirvi para planear
el trabajo, permitiendo a la brigada ubicar estratgicamente
los lugares donde se ubicaran los puntos de control (BM-
N o Estaciones E) topogrfica, para el monumentado de
los tres puntos las mismas que luego serviran como
estaciones topogrficas.

1.7.1.2 MONUMENTADO BM O ESTACINES TOPOGRFICAS.

Luego del reconocimiento del rea de estudio, se procedi

a monumentado los puntos de control de coordenadas
absolutas o estaciones topogrficas se le considera como
BM-01, BM-02, BM-03 estos puntos estn pintados de
color blanco y rojo con sus respectivos descripciones,
circulo en el medio un punto de color rojo ubicados en roca
estables.

1.7.1.3 GEOREFERENCIACIN.

Una vez monumentado y marcadas los puntos de control de

coordenadas absolutas topogrficas, se procedi a
estacionar sobre ellas los equipos Topogrficos, para
proceder a la traslacin de coordenadas geodsicas. Se
utiliz los datos de coordenadas geodsicas del instituto
geogrfico nacional (IGN) ver Anexos, la cual son
recalculados automticamente por el equipo Estacin Total.

1.7.1.4 LEVANTAMIENTO TOPOGRFICO TAQUIMTRICO.

El levantamiento topogrfico consisti en la obtencin de

puntos definitivos en el terreno, usando para ello las
coordenadas obtenidas en la Georreferenciado y elevacin
confirmadas. Para el traslado de coordenadas por el mtodo
de radiacin o levantamiento topogrfico taquimtrico se
tom datos de puntos un total de 483 puntos de coordenadas
Este, Norte y Elevacin con sus respectivas descripciones.

1.7.2 TRABAJO DE GABINTE.

Se obtuvieron los datos coordenadas relativas de puntos de control; el

procesamiento datos se realiz en los programas de AutoCAD y
AutoCAD Civil 3D; la Georreferenciacin en Sistemas de Coordenadas
geogrficas WGS84 de la IGN, los datos topogrficos; Norte, Este y
Elevacin y descripcin (Y, X, Z, D) por lo cual se procesan los 483 datos

 topogrficos que se tomaron con el equipo estacin total que estas se
procesan en los programas ya mencionados.

En el procesamiento de datos del levantamiento topogrfico tenemos

cuatro vrtices, la relacin de puntos de los vrtices del Terreno Nuevo

Por el Norte: Colinda con la propiedad de la familia Mario

Bustinza. Y con la Propiedad de Teodoro Chura, en lnea recta con
los vrtices VW=60.67m; WA=54.12 metros lineales.
Por el Oeste: Colinda la Propiedad de la comunidad campesina de
Quiaca Ayllu, con la propiedad de la familia Vega y tambin con
el rio Chirihuaya, en lnea recta con los vrtices PQ=26.90m;
QR=42.54m; RS=61.40m; ST=18.20; TU=31.90m; UV=58.55
metros lineales.
Por el Sur: Colinda la Propiedad de la familia Huaquisto. en lnea
recta con los vrtices NO=10.20m; OP=37.13 metros lineales.
Por el este: Colinda con la propiedad de la familia Ancco y
Clotilde Bustinza; con la Prop. Sr. Vidal Villavicencio y Fermin

Agua: No cuenta instalacin de agua potable

Desage: No cuenta con instalacin de desage.
Luz: No cuenta con instalacin de lnea elctrica, pero en cambio
existe una lnea trifsica cercana a 140m del vrtice P ubicada al
Suroeste.

1.8.6 DATOS TOPOGRAFICOS, DE LA NIVELACION

REALIZADA DESDE EL PUNTO DE LA COTA FIJA A LOS
BMS, Y DEL LEVANTAMIENTO TOPOGRAFICO.

1.8.6.1 DATOS DE NIVELACION.

El mtodo para la traslacin a los BM-01, BM-02 y BM-03colocados en

el Terreno Nuevo Hospital Sandia, del punto geodsico SND5 de altura de
2251.7102m esta es traslacin por radiacin a al BM-01=3885.950m de

 cota base fijada en el BM-01, la nivelacin se realiza por mtodo de
nivelacin en circuito cerrado hacia los BM-02, BM-03. En la nivelacin
se ha tomado los siguientes datos para la rectificacin de la elevacin o
cota en la Tabla N 03.

1.9 CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES

Los resultados obtenidos en el presente Levantamiento Topogrfico, han sido

compatibilizados con los alcances del objetivo, con la descripcin de la zona en
estudio para el proyecto, el Equipo Topogrfico, el recurso humano empleado y
el procesamiento efectuados en gabinete, se han obteniendo el Plano Topogrfico
que tiene el relieve o perfil del Terreno Nuevo materia de estudio para el estudio
del proyecto.

Los datos de puntos tomados en el levantamiento topogrfico son

referenciado de acuerdo a la posicin de Sistemas de Coordenadas UTM
Datum WGS84, esta utilizado para el procesamiento de gabinete
obteniendo un levantamiento topogrfico detallado del Terreno Nuevo del
Hospital de Sandia .
En los planos topogrficos que acompaan al presente, estn plasmadas
las medidas del Terreno Nuevo del Hospital de Sandia, las reas del
Terreno Nuevo la que presenta actualmente el terreno.
El Terreno cuenta con desniveles de terreno ondulado que presentan

0.006% por lo cual cumple la tolerancia catastral con dicha resolucin N
03-2008- SNCP/CNC.
