ASSIGNMENT 1

In a group of not exceeding four students, prepare a presentation on one of

the following topics:

1. Low cost housing policies (Group 1)

2. Malaysian National Housing Policies (Group 2)
3. Policies on squatters in Malaysia (Group 3)
4. Policies on property investments (Group 4)
5. Home ownership policy (Group 5)
6. Property taxes in Malaysia (Group 6)
7. Build and sell policy (Group 7)
8. Malaysian property bubble (Group 8)
9. Policies on incentives for financing property (Group 9)
10. Budget 2010 until 2013 property sector (Group 10)

The content should explain on the need for the selected policy, how the policy
is implemented, starting and ending (if relevant) date of the policy, and the
effectiveness/outcome of the policy.
