 This new biscuit factory opened its doors in
December 2011 in Tossiat, at exit 7 of the
A40motorway (Bourg South). Patrick Bourgeois
produces delicious biscuits by updating traditional
recipes that use Gaudes flour (roasted corn
flour) and organic flours. The biscuit factory is
open 7 days per week from 9am to 12 noon and
from 2pm to 6pm. Take a gourmet trip around
the factory and discover the entire production
process as far as packaging, as well as tasting
shortbreads and soft and savoury biscuits. In the
shop, all the biscuits made on-site are available
for purchase, alongside various other local Ain
food products.
