INT. A DARK AND SPACIOUS WAREHOUSE ROOM
We jump right into the middle of an fight between two men on
the ground who are both fighting over a gun (There is an
intense score). TESS runs into the room and is frantic as
she witnesses the struggle.
TESS
Tony!
The gun is flung over to the floor in front of Tess. The two
men stand on their feet and it is revealed that they look
identical, except one of them is in a BLUE shirt and one in
a GRAY shirt. Tess is distraught. (The score changes to a
psychological action tone)
TESS
Oh my god. What the hells going
on? Who are...
TONY BLUE
Baby, its me! Shoot him! Hes my
twin, hes evil as shit.

TESS
You have a twin?!
TONY BLUE
We were separated at birth, its...
its complicated.
TONY GRAY
No no no! Dont shoot, hes lying
baby, kill him!

TESS
Oh, god no... OK! Im going to
ask... Uhhhh, Im going to ask a
question that only the real Tony
would know the answer to... Ok,
umm. What was... What was the first
song that we ever slow danced to?
(The score stops) There is dead silence between the Tonys.
Tony Blue starts to scratch his head Tony Gray puts his hand
under his chin.

TONY BLUE
Oh.... Uhhhhhh.
TONY GRAY
Hm. Mmmmmm...

They continue to make those noises for a solid 15 seconds.

Tony Gray looks over to Tony Blue and shrugs his shoulders.
Tony Blue also shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head back
at Tony Gray.

TONY BLUE
(Low, mumble to himself)
Strange... ers in the...
TESS
Whatd you say?

TONY BLUE
Nothing.
TESS
Give me an answer!

TONY BLUE
Im sorry, baby... Im under a lot
of stress. I cant remember.
TONY GRAY
Yeah, ya know, Ive got this evil
twin to worry about, theres a lot
on my mind.
TESS
Ok, ok... this one should be
easier. Which dress was I wearing
the first time we went to the
movies... the... the one you left a
hand print of chocolate on. From
the Raisinets you were eating?

The two Tonys look at each other. Tony Gray drops his head
and turns around with his hands on his hips. Tony Blue
slightly bends over with his hands on his knees then raises
back up.

TONY BLUE
How about I just tell you something
about me that he wouldnt know?
Tess, shocked, and disappointed in Tony, stops pointing the
gun and holds her hands up in disbelief. She then becomes
stern.
TESS
No! I make the rules.

TONY GRAY
Oooh. Thats hot.

TONY BLUE
Ok, well, could you ask something
that happened a little more
recently?
TESS
God...
Tess drops her arms holding the gun, shakes her head,
annoyed. Tony Gray tries to slink away. Tess catches him and
raises the gun up again, quickly. Tony Gray throws up his
hands and walks back to his original spot with a nervous
smile.
TESS
Ok, what was I wearing yesterday,
that you said I looked good in?

The two guys think intently. Then Tony Blue slinks over to
Tony Gray to consult.
TONY BLUE
I think thats a trick question.
Im pretty sure I didnt say that.

TONY GRAY
Oh, maybe we can just ask to pass
on this one.

TONY BLUE
Yeah, (To Tess) weve elected to
pass on this question.
Tess looks dead eyed.

TESS
Whens my birthday... Just guess
within 5 days and Ill give it to
you.
Tony Blues eyes start to wander. Tony Gray is seen on his
phone.
TONY BLUE
Hes checking on facebook!
TESS
Oh my god... (holding back tears)
Tess turns around, and is heard making soft crying noises.
The Tonys walk over to console her. Tess turns around.

TESS
Im gonna shoot who evers my
asshole, self-centered, boyfriend
who cant remember any of this!!!

TONY BLUE
Hes the real Tony! Hes a horrible
boyfriend who only cares about

TONY GRAY

and come with me! I have a great
memory and Ive got like a bad boy
edge to me.
Tony Gray winks, Tess isnt having it.

TONY GRAY
Though, if you like to make the

Tony Gray makes a coy, submissive face. Tess points the gun
back and forth (the intense score from the beginning comes
back in). Finally, Tess shoots Tony Blue. He falls to the
ground, Tony Gray runs off.
TONY GRAY
Call me!
Tess runs over to Tony Blue.
TONY BLUE
Holy fuck. You actually shot me.

TESS
Oh my god Im so sorry! I forgive
you!
TONY BLUE
Wow... Damn. Ahhh. Baby, damn.
Ahhhhhh. Ok, you got me... So, I
dont remember the specifics of our
special moments or dates, but you
didnt have to...

Tony Blue has a look on his face like hes had an epiphany.
TONY BLUE
Wait... Your birthdays April 14th,
right?

TESS
21st, Tony.

TONY BLUE
Bah! I knew you were an Aries
though.
TESS
Taurus.

TONY BLUE
(low and to himself)

Tess) Ok, sure this means Im
shitty. Sure this means Im
selfish. Sure this means that all
of my ex girlfriends were right,
that Id never learn from my
experiences with them, that Id
never grown up, and Id never
become selfless... but Tess,
believe me, just because I dont
remember this stuff... it doesnt
mean I love you any less.
Tess is crying and soaking in what Tonys saying.

TONY BLUE
Oh my god. My life is flashing
before my eyes...
TESS

TONY BLUE

TONY BLUE
